Channing Tatum And Jenna Dewan’s Custody Fight Has Gotten Ugly

November 27, 2019 / Posted by:

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan-formerly-hyphen-Tatum, are officially divorced. They quickly settled on the fact that they needed to be separated legally since they weren’t together and are both dating other people. And Jenna is pregnant. But Channing and Jenna do share a 6-year-old daughter, Everly. And they haven’t fully worked out the custody arrangement yet. Well it’s time for them to start, and guess what? It’s getting messy.

TMZ has heard from both sides about the custody fight. Jenna’s sources are basically saying Channing is a deadbeat loser. The couple share custody and so when one has Everly the other is allowed to FaceTime her. Jenna’s sources say Channing doesn’t let her FaceTime with Everly and that when Jenna has their daughter, Channing never calls. Channing’s sources say that is not true, and that Jenna is just “so difficult” that he FaceTimes Everly through the nanny.

There’s also child support issues. Jenna’s sources say Channing doesn’t pay his fair share. Channing’s sources again are saying Jenna’s full of it, citing a joint account with community funds that cover Everly’s expenses.”

And finally, there’s an issue about custody scheduling. Jenna’s sources are also saying she’s pissed that Channing filed legal documents this week asking for a judge to come up with a holiday custody schedule. Jenna’s camp thinks it’s grandstanding, because she already signed off on a schedule. Channing’s sources again say the opposite: Jenna signed off on some of the schedule and thus they need a judge to help them with the scheduling conflicts. And a bunch of sources say that Jenna is actually the one who changes up the schedule, as there were times she was working and had to change days but Channing refused her.

Jenna’s rep gave your standard response to all this:

“Jenna’s priority has always been, and continues to be, her daughter’s well-being.”

I have one question: what number Step-Up is this? Step-Up 9: The Custody Battle? That aggressive courtroom crumping number is going to be lit!
