Channing Tatum And Jenna Dewan Are Officially Divorced, Though They’re Still Working Out Custody And Property Disputes

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan are officially divorced. Well, in name only. Seems like they wanted to be officially divorced before they hashed out their custody agreement and financial settlements. Probably because Jenna has already moved on to Steve Kazee and is pregnant with their first kid (and her second) and Channing moved on to Jessie J who is not pregnant, that we know of. Honestly, I’m not sure why they haven’t already worked out their custody and money issues with a dance-off. Actually, I bet that during meetings with their lawyers, Channing jumps on the table, rips off his pull-away pants and grinds to Pony (which is always playing in his head) as the lawyers say, “No, no, we told you we’re not settling this with a dance-off.”

Via TMZ:

The former couple recently filed court docs asking the court to grant the divorce while they hash out a property settlement and custody agreement. As for why they wanted the divorce decree now … we’re told they’re both in relationships and it just makes things easier. It also clears the path if they want to remarry.

Jenna filed for divorce in October 2018 citing “irreconcilable differences. Their divorce seems to be pretty amicable despite Jenna saying she was blindsided by finding out Channing was with Jessie J via the internets. Channing has been pretty quiet about the divorce only talking about his love for Amanda Bynes and an astrology app.

And of course the news of the rushed divorce and baby on the way has created rumors of an engagement for Jenna.
