A Paternity Test Has Shown That Hunter Biden Is The Father Of A 16-Month Old Arkansas Baby

These results would sound much better if they were delivered by Maury Povich. But Hunter BIden is the rich son of a former Vice President and current Presidential hopeful. So sadly, he’s too famous for Maury’s brown envelope of DNA truth. But the good news is, paternity drama isn’t reserved solely for daytime TV. Although…I guess technically that would be bad news for Hunter.

49-year-old Hunter Biden isn’t just a magnet for messiness, he’s practically got his own planetary gravitational pull. Hunter was kicked out of the Navy after testing positive for coke, he started dating his brother’s widow during a crack binge, he split from her and got married to his second wife Melissa Cohen a week after they met. There’s also the possibly-shady Ukraine energy board job and subsequent impeachment inquiry. And earlier this summer, a 28-year-old Arkansas woman named Lunden Alexis Roberts sued Hunter, claiming he is the father of her son, who is currently 16 months old. Lunden claimed she didn’t want a media spectacle or tons of drama, she just wanted Hunter to step up financially and help with the baby.

One month later, during an interview with The New Yorker about his 7-day fiancée, Hunter was asked to address the paternity situation, and The New Yorker said: “Hunter has denied having sexual relations with Roberts.People magazine is now saying that a paternity test has recently determined that’s not true:

Despite his denials, DNA testing earlier this month confirmed former Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden did in fact father a child with a woman in Arkansas last year, according to a court document her lawyers filed this week.

“DNA testing has established with scientific certainty that the defendant [Hunter] is the father of the plaintiff’s child, and that the defendant is not expected to challenge the results of the DNA test or the testing process.”

A separate motion was filed stating that Hunter agreed to a paternity test in October, and that the test was administered on November 9th. So basically, Hunter IS the father, and he might also be a bit of a deadbeat. The reason Lunden Roberts allegedly filed those court documents was to establish that Hunter is the father of her child, which means he has a legal responsibility to financially take care of the child. Lawyers for Lunden tell People that Lunden has never doubted who fathered her baby, and the point of the test was to seek indisputable proof.

Her lawyers also point out that the reason she waited almost two weeks to file the paternity results was so that Hunter had enough time to personally inform his family, including his dad Joe Biden, his current wife, and his three other children (with his first wife Kathleen). Lunden also wants a healthy relationship with her son’s father:

“Ms. Roberts is committed to Hunter Biden and his family having the best relationship with the child, whatever that may be, whenever they’re ready.”

People notes that child support will be determined at a hearing in Arkansas early next month.

Last week, Hunter was interviewed by Amy Robach for Good Morning America, and it was all about the impeachment inquiry (because it was filmed before the results of his paternity test were made public). And one of the things Hunter kept saying was that he doesn’t listen to “the noise” surrounding his name at the moment. Well, he might want to take out one of his imaginary ear plugs. Because you never want to piss off a child custody judge by saying, “Sorry, I wasn’t listening to that last thing you said. How much am I supposed to pay each month?
