Jenelle Evans Filed A Restraining Order Against David Eason And May Have Stolen One Of His Dogs

Who didn’t see this coming? Former Teen MomJenelle Evans, has now filed a restraining order against her estranged husband, David Eason. Jenelle wants to keep her distance and I’m sure it has to do with him being a dog-murdering, emotional wackjob with a shitton of weapons and ammunition (and poison darts) who gets visited by the government for threats against politicians. Just a hunch. Jenelle is also broke because of him.

So Jenelle went and filed a restraining order against David and surprise, they gave it to her. And David is claiming that someone stole one of his dogs. Oh no! Are they coming back for the other?!

E! News reports that Jenelle filed a temporary restraining order on Halloween saying David’s threats against her had “escalated” over the previous few days. Which was likely due to her leaving him since he’s a psychopath. David killed her dog Nugget earlier this year. The two were investigated for this whole thing, and their kids were even taken for a while, but for some reason the courts gave two of them back, and David was cleared of the investigation. The whole time they denied the Nugget slaying even though David admitted it when it happened, but he then admitted again publicly in September. Which means David’s good at hiding a body; which is ominous…

The filing states:

“Because of his recent threats, his history of violence, his erratic behavior and his large stockpile of weapons, I am scared for my life and my children’s well-being.”

Again, this was true back in July when Jenelle lied to the police and said that Nugget’s death was a PR stunt. The filing details a bunch of alleged abuse including David saying to Jenelle:

“You can die for all I care. You’re a piece of shit. Biggest piece of shit I’ve ever seen.”

The filing also claims that David locked her 4-year-old son Kaiser in the car:

“While Kaiser was trying to unlock it, David continuously locked it again with my spare key, scaring both me and Kaiser.”

This is why Kaiser is with his dad, Nathan Griffith–which is where Jenelle should have sent him immediately after, to be honest. Like I would be a terrible parent, and even I know that. But wait, there’s more. David accused her of cheating and sent Jenelle pics of a random saying:

“This is your new boyfriend. I’m going to break his neck and feed you his head…. My goal in life is to make sure you regret leaving me like this.”

Amid all this, David is looking for dogs! RadarOnline says that David called the cops to report some good samaritan person had come and stolen one of the two new dogs he and Jenelle got after he killed the last one. In the call David says:

“Me and my daughter, we were going out to my truck so I could take her to school. Both the dogs were right in the front yard. I just had to hook my truck up to the trailer, do a few things before I could leave. I was going to feed the dogs. When I went to get the dog food, well after I got it, I started calling the dogs… They were down the driveway. Then I heard a car come down the road and stop. My driveway is really long so I couldn’t really see but I heard a car stop and I heard the dogs bark a couple of times. Then one dog came running back and the other dog has been gone ever since. I didn’t see the car.”

Well, hopefully that dog called an Uber, busted out of there, and is now holed up in a Motel 6 where the pooch is making plans to rescue the other dog, all of the kids, and every plant that David and Jenelle own. Because honestly, those two shouldn’t be in charge of raising anything that’s living.
