Kim Kardashian Is Trying To Lose The 18 Lbs. She Gained This Year

On the left we have a picture of Kim Kardashian arriving to a taping of Jimmy Kimmel Live! in July 2018.  On the right is Kim at the 2019 Creative Arts Emmys in September. If you asked me to tell you the difference between these two pictures, I might say that in one picture Kim looks like Bad Sandy from an all-sex doll production of Grease, while the other looks like what I picture Kim might wear to a parent-teacher conference. But if you asked Kim, she’d tell you that there’s a very obvious 18 pound difference that she’s trying desperately to get rid of.

The nonsense that has recently been spilling out of Kanye West’s mouth could make a convincing argument for why Kim should be thinking about getting rid of 200 lbs., but we recently learned she loves Crazy Testament Kanye. Kim is talking about the weight she’s gained since getting skinnier last year. Remember a year ago when Kim Instagrammed several clips bragging about her new skinny body? That body is gone.

People magazine reports that Kim took to Instagram on Saturday night to post several Stories with her trainer, Melissa Alcantara, in which she revealed she started doing pre-dinner workouts, because she has a fitness goal to meet before her 40th birthday next October. Kim said:

“So we’re doing a night workout before my dinner, which I never do – with this one – but I figured we have to get into it at some point. And yeah, I mean, sometimes we fall off and sometimes you really gotta get it together, and this is one of my fallen-off times where I am, I think, 18 lbs. up from what I was about a year ago, a year and a half ago.

To feel good, I just want to get it like, a really good goal weight, and so that means working out at all costs. It’s my eating. I work out but it’s like my eating. But Melissa and I have a major goal for by the time I’m 40.”

Working out at all costs, eh? That’s a funny way to say lipo. But Kim claims she’s going to put in the effort and do this the natural way. And she said that one of her main trouble areas is eating. I didn’t realize Kim had trouble with her diet. From what I knew, Kim survived on KUWTK take-out salads and attention. Whatever Kim’s vice, it looks like she’s found a helpful diet tool:

Kim was recently caught listening to Taylor Swift’s Lover, and we all know how much Kim loves Taylor. It’s smart of her to use music as an appetite suppressant, because it’s hard to shove food in your face when you’re too busy gagging at the sound of your enemy’s voice.

Thankfully, if all else fails and Kim isn’t able to lose the weight in time for her birthday, she can just call in a Photoshopper. Hopefully by then, she’ll have found someone who knows what they’re doing.
