Lori Loughlin’s Daughters May Be Charged Too, Says A Former Federal Prosecutor

People says that Lori Loughlin is shaking in her boots, as per usual. After getting hit with those new bribery charges, she and Mossimo Giannulli have pretty much been in a tail spin, supposedly. Reportedly they were in chaos. Well, Lori and company should freak out more because a former prosecutor says that due to the new bribery charges, Lori and Mossimo’s daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Giannulli, could be charged next.

Lori and Mossimo have repeatedly denied they did anything wrong in regarding to their charges in the College Admissions Scandal, but that didn’t stop the government from going after them because what you “think” are legal and what “is” legal are separate things–FYI.

A former prosecutor named Neama Rahmani tells People that Olivia Jade and Isabella will probably be called as witnesses. But because Lori and Mossimo refused to do the not dumb thing by taking a plea, they have exposed their daughters to getting charged too since Olivia and Isabella probably knew what their parents were up to.

“At a minimum the daughters will be witnesses in a trial against their parents, but they could also be charged as defendants… The government has made it clear that they are going to keep increasing pressure on both Lori and Mossimo. By not pleading, Lori and Mossimo are exposing their children to being charged.”

One of Lori’s daughters may already be under investigation so that prosecutor could be a future teller.

BUT WAIT, a source close to Lori (aka probably Lori) disagrees with that prosecutor:

“f Lori had any indication that the girls were at risk, she’d want to plead guilty–even though she believes that she did nothing wrong. She is not going to let them spend time in jail for something that they didn’t do. Lori is a fantastic mother who would take the fall for the girls even if it cost her everything.”

Cost what? What’s left for Lori? They aren’t going to take all her millions and leave her and Mossimo with nothing but moth balls in their checking accounts. The fine will be less than their couch cushion change and they’ll spend a quick minute in a minimum security prison where they’ll get treated better than a college kid. Accept your fate, Lori. You’re not going to prison-prison: this isn’t 60 Days In. More like 11.
