Kevin Spacey Is Off The Hook For Allegedly Assaulting A Massage Therapist Who Died Before The Trial

It seems like a lifetime ago when the massage therapist who accused Kevin Spacey of sexual assault suddenly died of “natural causes” and was most certainly not pushed in front of a moving subway car. At the time, it was uncertain if the resulting lawsuit could continue absent the plaintiff. Well, according to TMZ, Kevin’s going to get away with it (“it” being having to stand trial, I’m not implying anything nefarious here people). Now he’ll just have to wait another 30-70 years for the rest of his accusers to die of natural causes before he can wheelchair into the sunset a free man.

TMZ reports:

Spacey was accused of forcing a male massage therapist to touch his genitals during an in-home session back in 2016. The therapist claimed he suffered emotional pain and distress from the incident … but Spacey denied everything.

The L.A. County District Attorney’s Office just rejected the case because the alleged victim passed away during their investigation. Without a victim, the D.A. said the case could not be proven. Law enforcement sources tell us the man died of natural causes a few weeks ago.

This is the second sexual assault case dismissed against Kevin since July when the Nantucket charges failed to provide any substantive limericks. In that case, the alleged victim refused to testify when he was asked to address some text messages Kevin’s attorneys dug up. And back in September of last year, Kevin caught another lucky break when an LA County DA declined to press charges stemming from an accusation of sexual assault that allegedly took place in 1992. That was dismissed based on the statute of limitations. Why, it’s almost like the system is rigged to protect the rich and powerful instead of alleged victims! Hopefully, for all our sakes, the ongoing investigations into accusations relating to is time at London’s Royal Vic theater, will prove that crackpot theory wrong.
