“Apprentice” Contestant Summer Zervos Claims She Has Proof That Trump Sexually Assaulted Her

The Apprentice season 5 contestant Summer Zervos came forward in 2016 claiming the show’s host and the current overlord of the United States, Donald Trump, sexually assaulted her at the Beverly Hills Hotel in December of 2007. Summer, who is suing Trump for defamation for denying that he assaulted her, is now claiming to have proof, according to The Hollywood Reporter. This is not the first time he’s been accused of sexual assault (and he’s already on tape bragging about how easy and enjoyable he’s found it in the past) and it’s probably the 15,000th reason why he might not be the best guy to have in charge and yet the country is still sort of torn.

During the 2016 presidential election, a recording of President Trump talking about grabbing vulnerable women by the “pussy” somehow didn’t prevent him from becoming the leader of the free world. Summer was one of several women who claimed at the time that she’d been assaulted by him, accusing him of “repeatedly touching her, groping her and kissing her against her will.” Trump’s response?

“I never met her at a hotel,” responded Trump, who added that allegations from his accusers were “100 percent fabricated and made-up charges, pushed strongly by the media and the Clinton campaign.”

Trump’s lawyers, Butt-Dial & Sons Esquire, tried to have the defamation suit kicked, claiming that the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution barred a sitting president from being sued in state court. In March, a NY appeals court judge ruled “not so fast, pig in a wig.” That wasn’t the actual ruling, it was “no one is above the law” and the suit was allowed to go forth, but you get me.

Now a judge has ruled that depositions have to be taken by Dec. 6 and Trump has to provide four different dates for when he can be recorded squawking lies and megalomaniacal bullshit to the court. The trial could happen right in the middle of next year’s election. HAH.

Summer says she has “calendar entries, old emails, correspondence with Fox News and a polygraph test” ready to go to prove that the hotel incident happened.

Those include emails to Trump’s secretary Rhona Graff to set up a meeting with him and responses from her. There are also calendar entries for Trump and his bodyguard showing how they flew from Las Vegas to Los Angeles in December 2007 and stayed at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Many of these documents are from Trump Organization files. Zervos’ attorney Mariann Wang writes calendar entries and itineraries “line up with Ms. Zervos’s detailed public account with striking accuracy.”

There are supposed to be further documents, that might include phone records, but those have been redacted so far and Summer claims that Trump’s camp is “misusing confidentiality designations” to hide them. Summer also reportedly plans to introduce evidence that she told family and friends about Trump’s alleged assault on her before the pussy-grabbing recording scandal even happened and that she confronted Trump by telephone and email about it right afterward.

A summary judgment briefing is now scheduled for March. Good luck, Summer. You’ll need it because this dude’s wigpiece is a frightening combo of Teflon and kevlar and he’s probably president for life at this point.
