Professional bridge burner and human flipper outer Jeff Lewis, of Bravo’s Flipping Out (RIP), seems to be trying to win back some old friends and doing it in a sneaky, roundabout way; by hiring their family members. Jeff Lewis stated that he has hired the sister of Zoila Chavez (seen above with Jeff and Jenni Pulos who also is done with Jeff), his old housekeeper, STAR OF THE SHOW, and former HSOTD. Zoila was with Jeff for 18 years and they had somewhat of a messy relationship (like there is any other kind with Jeff Lewis), so it’s tough to get a read on if Zoila left under great circumstances. That said, who knows how Zoila feels about her sister working there. Maybe she hates her sister, so she’s happy!
According to People:
On Thursday’s episode of his SiriusXM radio show Jeff Lewis Live, the house flipper revealed that he had hired the sister of Zoila Chavez — the fan-favorite housekeeper who worked for Lewis for 18 years before retiring back in 2017.
“Her sister works for me now,” Lewis, 49, told a caller, who asked where his relationship with Chavez stood.
Jeff is having a rough few years: Zoila’s gone, Jenni is too, and so is his ex-partner Gage “Barbie Bitch” Edwards. Jeff is such a mess he can’t even have a relationship with his kid’s preschool or a surrogate.
Jeff also talked about the future of his TV show. Bravo seems to have quit a bitch after Jeff was unable to maintain any sort of relationship with anyone. Jeff even went after the all-powerful Bravo overlord Andy Cohen by reading private text messages on his radio show. Which probably isn’t going to help Bravo sign that renewal contract.
Meanwhile, elsewhere on Thursday’s Jeff Lewis Live, Lewis gave an update about his possible return to television.
“I have talked to a couple of different networks about either a doc-series or a more formatted design show,” Lewis said. “I think when the right show with the right person comes, we’ll hopefully put something together.”
Best of luck to whatever network get Jeff’s sociopathic ways and B-version Zoila. Hopefully everyone gets recast with their siblings or their weird cousins and it becomes an ever bigger circus. Which….let’s be honest… I’ll probably watch.
