The Domestic Battery Charge Against Stacey Dash Has Been Dropped
Former Fox News commentator Stacey Dash (aka “the black girl” to the not-so-dearly-departed Fox News CEO Roger Ailes despite being booked as a white woman) found herself on the wrong side of the law last week when she was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. Luckily for her, Stacey is now free to eventually star in a dinner theatre production of Clueless as the charge against her has been dropped.
Stacey was pinched by the cops in Pasco County, FL on Sept. 29 after they were called in on a domestic incident. They discovered her fourth husband, lawyer Jeffrey Marty, with scratches on his left arm. Jeffrey claimed Stacey slapped him. Stacey claimed that she was defending herself from Marty trying to choke her after her complaining about his “disrespectful, awful children” but she was unblemished so she got the cuffs.
She later rescinded her claim that hubby went after her physically after she allegedly pushed her 15-year-old stepdaughter during a fight
The Tampa Bay Times reports that the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney’s Office investigated and decided that there was nothing to prosecute Stacey on. What about that time she let herself be used as a human prop at the Oscars? Isn’t that criminal?
“After we completed our investigation, we determined there was not a criminal offense to prosecute,” said Assistant State Attorney Bryan Sarabia, who oversees prosecutions in west Pasco County.
The prosecutor went on to say that Stacey’s hubby didn’t want her going down. He came to Stacey’s first court appearance to say that she didn’t commit a crime. What about those scratches? Maybe they have a cat. Or bed bugs.
“The fact that she got arrested was clearly a surprise to him,” Sarabia said.
“The deputy obviously thought that he had probable cause,” Sarabia said, “and it would appear that he did. But after I watched all the body worn cameras and I read all the reports and I spoke to Mr. Marty, I determined there was not a criminal offense to prosecute.”
Jeffrey Marty, who, like his wife, is a big-time #MAGA follower, tweeted about his wife’s return to society. Fun fact – Stacey and Jeffrey got married 10 days after they met! And it’s obviously going well.
Today, the State Attorney made the right call by declining to file charges against my wife, @staceydash.
She was arrested over my objection at the time, but due to the pending investigation, I waited to comment until now.
We both look forward to getting this behind us.

Hopefully, Stacey Dash and Jeffrey Marty can re-discover domestic bliss and by that, I mean Marty will ship the kids off to their mom so Stacey doesn’t have to sacrifice her last nerve anymore due to their disrespectful, awful asses conspiring against her.
