Ronnie Ortiz-Magro From “Jersey Shore” Was Arrested For Alleged Kidnapping After Getting Tased By Police
So Ronnie Ortiz-Magro of The Jersey Shore and his on-and-off girlfriend, Jen Hartley, are a complete mess. They should not be dating each other, or–and hear me out on this: anybody. They have been in domestic abuse spats with each other in the past. Last time, Jen was the one arrested, but the pendulum doth swing forth and now it’s time for Ronnie’s arrest. And his is a lot messier, involving getting tased and arrested for kidnapping. It’s Jersday with a heaping, huge side of ROID RAGE. Actually, ROID RAGE might be the entree with a side of coke.
TMZ say shit went down this morning in Los Angeles between Ronnie and Jen. So allegedly they got into a heated argument, as usual, but this time shit went south-south. Ronnie allegedly slapped and punched Jen who ran out of their Airbnb screaming. Police say there were “multiple 911 calls” about Jen screaming and running around the neighborhood.
Ronnie then chased Jen out of the AirBnb and he was not alone. In one arm, he held their 18-month-old daughter, Ariana. In the other hand, a knife. TMZ heard that Ronnie was yelling at Jen to get back into the house while holding a knife and a baby. How inviting.
Luckily Ronnie eventually dropped the knife but then he proceeded to lock himself and their child in the AirBnb. This is when police showed up and Ronnie refused to come outside. The police broke down the door–worried Ariana could be in danger (“could”?) and once inside, Ronnie still refused to leave. Daddy then got tased in front of his child.
Ronnie was brought to the hospital to be checked out before he got arrested. The paramedics checked out Jen and Ariana at the scene. Both had no major physical injuries. But Jen did apparently have “visible marks on her face”.
After his hospital release, TMZ says Ronnie was booked for kidnapping–which makes sense since he held their daughter in a home he didn’t own and refused to allow police inside. And police say Jen accused Ronnie of going off the rails because of some coke–which makes sense.

Just hours before, Ronnie and Jen were out in Beverly Hills, where they said they’re back together and acted like everything was okay:
I mean obviously the cast of The Jersey Shore has grown up to be a messy group of adults. Financial crimes. Coke-fueled domestic abuse. Domestic abuse on film. I mean the most shocking thing about this is that it turns out the least problematic and sane member of the group calls herself: Snooki. Plot twist.
