If You’re An Uber Driver, Stay The Hell Away From Andy Dick

Andy Dick is a fucking mess. Andy has now been charged for allegedly groping an Uber driver in 2018, and this comes a few days after he had a fight in the streets with a different Uber driver. Which begs the question: Is Andy Dick not banned by Uber?!

TMZ got video of Andy Dick getting his ass beat again, and it apparently started when he decided to fight with an UberEats driver. Witnesses say that Andy, who seemed to be on some kind of shit, tried to steal the UberEats order and said, “It’s my food now, bitch.” Things didn’t go well for Andy after that:

Here’s the messy video:

The UberEats driver filed a police report right after the incident on Wednesday night–probably because the order was late so he knew his ass was gonna get fired without a police report as evidence, ah the glamour of driving for Uber–and Andy became a suspect for battery.

But wait, Andy has a different story for TMZ. He tells them that these men lured him in with the promise of tacos but pulled the plate away. There is no plate in the video. That food package is sealed, but hey. Andy says “the next thing he knew, he was being tackled from behind.” Which is clearly not what went down as per video evidence. Andy suggested to TMZ he would file his own police report. Good luck to you, Andy but come on you should be used to starting fights you can’t finish.

Meanwhile, earlier today he was charged with one count of sexual battery because of the last Uber incident–the groping one, remember? But hey, this is not his first sexual battery charge. He was arraigned today and pleaded not guilty. He’s facing up to 180 days in county jail. Which for Andy Dick might be a vacation since he’s always getting beat up on the outside.
