Stacey Dash Claims Her Husband And His Children Conspired Against Her
On Sunday, Stacey Dash was arrested for a domestic violence situation involving her fourth husband, Jeffery Marty, in Florida (OF COURSE). The first version of the story we got is that Stacey was arrested after allegedly attacking her husband. But then we heard that Stacey was only defending herself after Jeffrey put her in a chokehold, and she was the one who was arrested because he had marks on his body.
Now we’re hearing that Stacey claimed Jeffrey and his three kids have conspired against her to cover up his abusive ways, because they see her as a wicked stepmother from hell.
According to TMZ:
Stacey Dash says her husband and his 3 kids conspired to have her arrested … to cover up her husband’s alleged brutality.
TMZ broke the story … Stacey called 911 Sunday, claiming her husband put her in a chokehold. When cops came out, they observed scratches on husband Jeffrey Marty’s arms — this, along with statements from his kids, got her cuffed and booked for assault.
Stacey says in the 911 call Jeffrey coached his 15, 14 and 10-year-old on what to say to cops. At one point, Stacey accuses Marty of faking his injuries, claiming he was taking photos of scratches on his arms … scratches she didn’t inflict.
On top of that mess, Stacey’s Fox News checks dried up and she can’t even afford a lawyer and will now be repped by a public defender. TMZ reports:
Stacey Dash has got more problems than just a possible domestic violence charge …. turns out, she’s broke.
Stacey just filed legal docs claiming she is indigent … meaning she doesn’t have enough money to hire a private lawyer. She’s asking to be repped by a public defender in her case.
Stacey must have some contacts at Fox News who can take time away from defending the world from weed needles and shitting in the streets to loan her some money. Sadly for her, Stacey also can’t ask Bill Cosby for some cash for defending him since he’s broke too.
Jeffrey Marty is a lawyer, so I’m sure he knows his way around a court room, but (as Allison discovered) he’s also bizarrely internet famous for pretending to be a fake congress member with a Twitter account and being the first “congressman” to endorse Donald Trump. Yup, that tracks.
Well, I guess if this messy situation has taught us anything it’s that people with fake congressional Twitter accounts should be avoided at all costs.
Below is the 911 call where Stacey claims they are all in cahoots against her:
