Avon’s Soft Pink Bubble Bath from the 80s!

It seems like through most of the late-80s and early-90s, an important artifact sat on the bathtub in the bathroom I shared with my sister and that important artifact was a bottle of Avon’s legendary soft pink bubble bath. I hardly used it and I don’t think my sister ever really used it, and I’m not even sure if there was any bubble bath in that bottle, but neither of us moved it, probably in fear that EVERYTHING would change if we did!

Avon’s Bubble Bath came in different colored bottles, so I’m assuming there were other scents, but the only scent I recognize is Soft Pink, which was like a grandma floral scent. My mom probably only bought it after one of her co-workers, who sold Avon on the side, kept bothering her every pay day to buy something, so she finally gave in and bought some Skin So Soft and Soft Pink to shut a trick up.

Avon’s Soft Pink Bubble Bath still exists today, and is sold in a similar bottle, but it doesn’t at all match the simplistic beauty of the bottle that lets you know in some giant ass font that it’s BUBBLE BATH. Because imagine the horror of finding out that you used bubble bath as shampoo, or worse, that you mistook a bubble bath bottle for an extra-wide ribbed bath time fun butt dildo and had to waddle on over to ER after it got stuck up in there. Wait, did I just say extra-wide ribbed butt dildo? My butt may or may not be calling Avon today (it may).
