Prince Harry And Duchess Meghan Are Going To A Star-Filled Wedding This Weekend

Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan are going to have to take a temporary break from relating to regular people, because Us Weekly says they’re in Rome for a wedding. And it’s not a regular people wedding with watered-down bar rail drinks, a DJ bumping LMFAO, and $49.99 toasters from Target. It’s a big, fancy, star-studded affair in Rome hosted by Meghan’s fashion designer BFF Misha Nonoo and her millionaire oil heir fiancé Michael Hess.
Meghan and Misha have been good friends for years (she recently stuck up for Meghan in the press), and Misha was reportedly the person who introduced Meghan to Harry in the first place. According to Town & Country, Misha and Michael are getting married tomorrow at Cinecittà, a famous film studio in Rome. Harry and Meghan reportedly arrived in Rome earlier today. Archie wasn’t with them.
Archie was not with them-the Duke & Duchess of Sussex are enjoying a bit of down-time before their full-on royal tour of Africa which starts on Monday. They’ll fly to Cape Town 🇿🇦 then Harry will go to Botswana, Angola 🇦🇴 & Malawi 🇲🇼 before re-uniting with Archie & Meg in Jo’burg pic.twitter.com/8tnywMFmxa

People says that we’re not going to experience Jetgate Pt. 2, because Harry and Meghan flew commercial.
Us Weekly and Town & Country say that Misha and Michael’s guest list includes Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom, Karlie Kloss, Josh Kushner, Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, Ellie Goulding, Princess Beatrice, and Princess Eugenie. Michael is also reportedly very good friends with Heidi Klum, so maybe she’ll be there too. The Kushner brothers will be at the wedding, as Josh and Michael went to Harvard together.
I’m happy for Harry and Meghan’s little Italian getaway this weekend. They deserve some rich person freedom, and what better opportunity than around other rich people. Finally, Harry and Meghan can do beluga caviar shots without reading a Daily Mail headline about how they’re too good for canned cocktail weenies on a toothpick. Although that’s not to say they won’t have any opportunities to keep it real at this wedding. Nothing would be more relatable than if Meghan got a little tipsy on a post-dinner cocktail and called Ivanka “nasty” during the bouquet toss.
