R. Kelly’s Bail Bond Guardian Angel Wants Her Money Back So She Can Give It To Him AGAIN

Here’s some “Is This Bitch Foreal?” news. Valencia Love, the woman who bailed out 52-year-old R. Kelly when he couldn’t afford it, is now asking for the money back. But don’t worry, it’s not because she’s come to her senses and realized the overwhelming evidence against R. Kelly should be enough to at least make her second guess her choices. She just wants to make sure that she can get the money back so R. Kelly can use it again to cover his legal fees.

The Chicago Sun Times says that Valencia really tried it in the legal sense. R. Kelly is in the middle of a serious legal battle as decades of allegations of sexual misconduct, abuse, pedophilia, child porn, etc. have finally caught up to him. He’s facing federal charges in three states. The legal bills are definitely piling up, and that’s where Valencia comes in.

Valencia and her lawyer John Collins filed a motion on Friday to get back the $100,000 she paid for R. Kelly’s bond when he couldn’t afford it himself. John gave these arguments about getting his client’s money back:

In a court hearing Tuesday, Collins told Cook County Judge Lawrence Flood that, when she posted the money, Love had no knowledge of federal investigations in New York or Chicago.

It made no sense to withhold the money because Kelly was being held without bond in those federal cases — negating the use of her money, Collins argued.

John went on to say that Valencia is afraid that R. Kelly’s lawyers will get the money. But when she was reached for comment by Chicago Sun-Times, she literally told them that’s exactly what she wants. In fact, she claims that R. Kelly reimbursed the $100,000 and did so three days after the bond:

“He wasn’t able to get to his money because it was the weekend and he was the only one who had access to his account. It was basically a loan.”

Valencia continued:

“Why is it such a big deal? He’s already locked up. Why can’t the bail money be returned?… At no point have I ever supported a pedophile. He has not been convicted yet. Why is it so bad that I did a favor for a friend?”

At no point, eh? Remember those tapes? Remember the physical evidence?

R. Kelly’s lawyer, Steve Greenberg, said his team isn’t exactly salivating for that drop in the bucket, but if the bills stop getting paid, R. Kelly is on his own:

“I can assure you that we’re not working, hoping that at the end of the case we’re getting bond money. If Mr. Kelly reaches a point where he can’t pay any lawyers to represent him, you’ll see a public defender.”

R. Kelly did get one win in court. The judge denied the prosecutors’ motion to increase the bond since he can’t pay anyway.

“At this particular time it’s kind of a moot point.”

This man is just getting dunked on in court and I can’t feel sorry for him at all whatsoever. Oh, and in terms of continued good choices: the man on trial for allegedly raping girls and mentally manipulating them was supported by his two girlfriends, 23-year-old Joycelyn Savage and 21-year-old Azriel Clary. It looks so good for your image that the man accused of being a pervert with underage women is being supported by two actual women–both of whom he sleeps with and both of whom are a fraction of his age. Bless up!

Here’s some video of him in court:
