Denise Richards Claims That Charlie Sheen Owes Her $450,000 In Back Child Support
And the everlasting cycle continues, because it’s time for Denise Richards to fight with Charlie Sheen over child support. While just last year Charlie was telling us all how broke he was and how he couldn’t afford the measly $20,000 a month Denise was getting for their daughters, Sam and Lola, it seems Denise thinks that he’s just lying and is in fact hiding money from her. And guess what? She’s coming to collect.
The Blast says Denise says Charlie is scamming her ass. Despite now being a regular on Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, Denise is not ready to let her ex get away with not paying his dues. She’s paid hers! She even tried being cordial! But, get stingy on your support payments? War.
In legal documents obtained by The Blast, Denise’s legal people are asking a judge to force Charlie into paying some back child support. According to Denise, Charlie has been siphoning his money away to other people in order to avoid paying child support. Charlie Sheen! Doing something so unscrupulous?!
The documents say:
“[Charlie] has squandered over $24,000,000 from the sale in his interest in ‘Two and a Half Men’ to pay his personal debts and to support his extravagant lifestyle at the expense of support payments for his children… During the time frame since our last stipulation/order in 2016 he has failed to pay $450,000 in support while diverting over $600,000 in assets to adult family members and converting thousands of dollars into cash for his own personal use.”
The Blast says Charlie Sheen is denying the whole thing. Charlie Sheen gave them a statement in the language of Charlie Sheen:
“D and her legal posse traffic only in fiction.
My day in court is painfully overdue.
She is behaving like a coward and the truth will prevail.”
The Blast is being told that there are specific documents and information which will prove Charlie is innocent of giving Denise the cold shoulder money-wise. AKA he can totally prove he’s extremely poor (for a celebrity).
I mean, who to believe? Denise, probably. But how is she going to prove that Charlie is hiding money? This ain’t the Real Housewives mama, you can’t print some text messages and prove Charlie’s hiding money in his aunt’s account. The legal system needs more proof than the Bravo viewers!
