Farrah Moan Has Accused Ariana Grande Of Ripping Off The Drag Community
Ariana Grande recently filed a $10 million lawsuit against almost-bankrupt Forever 21 for allegedly stealing several looks from her video 7 Rings. Ariana claimed in the lawsuit that she had met with Forever 21 to discuss a collaboration, and when Forever 21 didn’t want to pony up enough cash, they turned around and just flat-out stole her looks anyway. Well, RuPaul’s Drag Race alumni Farrah Moan claims that Forever 21 might not be the only one guilty of stealing looks here.
If you watched Farrah on Season 9 of Drag Race or All Stars 4, then you know that Farrah communicates almost exclusively by whining. Except Farrah just proved she also speaks in Pissed Off Bitch. Farrah responded to the news of Ariana’s Forever 21 lawsuit by jumping on Twitter and dragging Ariana for allegedly ripping off one of her All Stars 4 looks for 7 Rings.

And here’s Ariana – who was a guest judge on Season 7 – working a similar drippy-silver-corset, crystal choker, and candy pink hair look in 7 Rings (best seen around the 0:33 mark).
And here’s Farrah calling Ariana out on Twitter. According to Farrah, it’s not just a hunch that Ariana copied the look. Farrah claims she spoke to the designer of Ariana’s look, who admitted Farrah was used as inspiration.

To be fair-rah (corny but I had to), Farrah did admit that her own look was inspired by Christina Aguilera when she visited the set of the RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 10 premiere. Ariana? Mimicking Xtina? Hmmm….
But it’s pretty clear from that side-by-side some possible plagiarism might have gone down. But even though Farrah called out Ariana, she wants you to know this isn’t Ariana’s fault, or even the designer who allegedly remade it. It’s her shady homework-copying team’s fault!
But the point is her team also stole. U can attack me all day but it’s not gonna change anything. I can admit I was petty with that gif I posted& I’ll apologize for that but at the end of the day they did what they did. Idc about suing anyone, just needed to put this out there

I don’t fault the designer because the designer she hired was a local queen and paid them ALOT of money to do it, money they couldn’t turn down. And then was honest with me about it. So no, I don’t fault the drag queen that made it at all. Ariana has COIN.

Farrah added that she’s known for months that Ariana copied her look, but didn’t say anything until Ariana decided she wanted to sue Forever 21 for millions. When the video came out, Farrah tweeted that she was flattered:

If Ariana wins that lawsuit, the right thing to do throw a couple dollars Farrah’s way. While she’s at it, Ariana should slip a couple bills to Sailor Moon for blatantly ripping off that hair.
But right now, Ariana’s probably not focused on that, because she’s too busy dealing with the loud mouth on her brother Frankie Grande. Frankie spoke to UsWeekly at an event yesterday, and he spilled the beans on Ariana’s current relationship. Ariana has been rumored to be with Social House singer Mikey Foster since August. Frankie went ahead and confirmed that rumor.
“I love Mikey. I think he’s a really sweet guy. So talented. So kind and so caring. He’s a great guy.”
Ariana and Mikey have been dropping little hints that something is up on social media, which is a good idea when you want to drag something out for as long as possible.
I don’t know how Ariana feels about Frankie playing publicist for her. If she doesn’t, then Farrah might be waiting on that little donation. Because Ariana is so going to buy Frankie a little toy microphone with a couple hundreds wrapped around the handle, and tell him that it’s the only mic he’s allowed to blab into from here on out.
