Kyle Richards Of “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” Is Returning To “Halloween”

Before the Real Housewife sister-keepers known as Kyle and Kim Richards did what they do today (you’re allowed a question mark there), they had pretty good careers as child actors going on. Kim was Tia in the original Escape to Witch Mountain movies. And, more importantly, Kyle played that bratty Lindsay Wallace in John Carpenter’s original Halloween. Well, Kyle was just blessed with some relevance beyond having every drunken brawl with her sister taped for Bravo posterity.

EW reports that she’s reprising her iconic role as the tyke who ends up with a dead babysitter in the next Halloween movie – Halloween Kills!

2018’s Halloween was a big hit, mostly because Jamie Lee Curtis reprised her role as Laurie Strode, and played her age – looking like your grandma’s macrame teacher from 1979 had gotten access to firearms and turned bad-ass. Seeing as it made good money, it’s going to be another trilogy.

Written by David Gordon Green, Danny McBride, and Scott Teems, with Green set to direct, Halloween Kills will be the second film in a trilogy, followed by Halloween Ends, coming in October 2021. The Universal Pictures film is being made in collaboration with Blumhouse, Trancas International Films, and Miramax.

And they’re bringing back old characters like Lindsay Wallace and her bestie Tommy Doyle. Tommy’s the kid that gets his pumpkin slapped out of his hands by the bullies in the beginning and gets babysat by Jamie before she tells him to run his little ass down the street cuz’ there’s a freak in an inside-out William Shatner mask in the house trying to kill everybody! Grown-up Tommy is being played by Anthony Michael Hall.

And if you have trouble remembering Kyle Richards as Lindsay Wallace, you might recall poor, doomed Annie (Nancy Kyes) whining her name (“LINDSAY!”) over and over and over again in the short time that she was alive before Michael Myers choked her ass out in the Monte Carlo. Watch!
