Karamo Brown Of “Queer Eye” Called Sean Spicer A Good Guy, And It Didn’t Go Over Well
Since the new Dancing With The Stars cast was announced, people have been throwing hate at ABC for their decision to cast former Trump press secretary Sean Spicer. Well his fellow DWTS contestant, Queer Eyes‘ Karamo Brown, wants you to leave him alone! Sean is not a bad person just because he lies for Trump! He’s just a nice man!
Us Weekly reports that Karamo has for some reason chosen to go to bat for Sean Spicer. First he tweeted this:
First, I have no say who is on the cast and didn’t find out till this morning that he is on! But I’ll tell you this… I’m excited to sit down w/ him and engage in a respectful conversations. Only way things get better is if we try to educate those who have different POV than us.

Then, during an interview with Access Hollywood, he willfully offered this statement that Sean’s a good guy. Yikes girl–is this the one you really need to side with? Not the hill to die on, in my opinion but go awf. He said this:
“Sean Spicer and I have been talking… I was most excited to meet him! People would look at us and think we’re polar opposites, but I’m a big believer that if you can talk to someone and meet in the middle you can learn about each other and help each other both grow. And so we have been chatting all day today! Like, he’s a good guy! Really sweet guy!”
Who gave you permission, haters? #QueerEye's @Karamo is defending his fellow #DWTS contestant Sean Spicer: "He's a good guy." ❤️️ pic.twitter.com/A1wDdFFZi2

Karamo responded to Evan Ross Katz tweeting and then deleting:
“I honestly can’t stand people like you who post things like this and you reposted some bs about a comment Jonathan said… just to flame the fire and get a reaction.”
Well Karamo, I’m glad you have more heated words for the guy calling you out for defending Spicey than Spicey himself. I’m sure it played really well which is why you immediately deleted it. I think this is an example of picking your battles–why stand up for Sean Spicer when not even asked about it? Why? I mean, James Corden already had to apologize for being overly nice to this asshole and here you are basically saying, “If you want to talk shit about Sean you have to go through me!” KaraNO!
Well, I guess if you want to get fired from Queer Eye and turn a huge chunk of the gay community against you, this is one way to do it. So good work on that, Karamo!
