Some Czech Fitness Influencers Got In Trouble For Splashing One Of Their Butts With Holy Water From A Temple In Bali
Vice has some Influencers-Acting-Out-Of-Pocket-In-A-Foreign-Country news, but good news America: They’re Czech! Two fitness influencers hailing from the Czech Republic went on one of those social media vacations where you go somewhere foreign and take pictures of your hot body and write inspirational quotes. This couple, Sabina Dolezalova and Zdenek Slouka, took their fitness love to Bali where they visited a temple there and proceeded to take lots of pictures and video of their antics. Some video included Zdenek splashing Sabina’s ass with holy water from the temple. This led to locals calling for tourists to be boycotted from their temples.
Bali’s Ubud Monkey Forest, is a sacred space containing three temples and over 700 monkeys. The couple were just doing their influencer thing by a tiny waterfall and then decided to film something fun. Video shows them laughing and canoodling in the temple, which already is something considered disrespectful by the locals–but then they turn it up because this is for the socials and “likes” aren’t going to like themselves. Zdenek lifts Sabina’s skirt and splashes holy waterfall water onto her ass. That’s one way to get your ass cursed!
Locals saw the video and are asking for a tourist boycott from all temples in Bali.
Zdenek and Sabina of course apologized, because you can’t monetize your existence if people don’t like you. They apologized personally to the locals of Padangtegal village who own the temple and they also made a video apology. They claimed not to know it was a holy place, but apparently their conversations in the video shows that they clearly knew they were turning a holy place into a buttholey place.
But that’s not all. These locals aren’t just going to let these foreigners come into their temples and use their holy water like a Fleet douche.
In their pursuit for penance, they will also have to partake in a traditional ceremony and seek forgiveness from the gods on August 15.
They clearly have no concept of the Balinese culture so the locals really have an opportunity to screw around with them. I hope there’s a sacrifice. Okay, fine, no sacrifice. But I at least hope they have to drink some hallucinogenic tea and shit themselves. Like, come on, give me something.
