Lindsie Chrisley Is Accusing Her Dad And Brother Of Trying To Extort Her With Her Own Sex Tape
I’m sure you’ve been thinking to yourself, “What I really need is more news about those fake-teeth having messes from Chrisley Knows Best.” Well, ask and you shall receive, and this is a story of bad parenting with a side heaping of “What in the entire fuck?”
In a follow-up to the financial charges laid out against, Todd Chrisley from the reality show Chrisley Know Best, he’s now being accused of more shadiness. But the financial stuff is honestly so much better, because his estranged daughter Lindsie Chrisley is claiming Todd and her brother Chase Chrisley are extorting her. It seems there was a father/son bonding moment involving them threatening to release a sex tape of Lindsie. Kris Jenner must be so conflicted. Does she cheer for Todd (for trying to get something from his daughter’s sex tape) or spit at him (for not going through with it)?
Todd’s had a great week. It started with him getting indicted by a federal grand jury in Georgia for 12 different counts of financial crimes including tax evasion. Todd and his wife Julie Chrisley turned themselves in yesterday and pled not guilty. They were later released and stepped into a new scandal.
TMZ says the closet shook out some of Todd’s skeletons now that this financial mess is hitting the news. Todd’s eldest daughter Lindsie has been estranged from the family for sometime. Lindsie filed a police report last month in Georgia in which she alleged that Chase and Todd have been harassing her. According to Lindsie, they threatened to release a sex tape of hers which she thinks Chase purchased, which is like YUCK.
The threats were about a certain “incident” relating to–you guessed it–the tax evasion charges. Apparently Todd and Chase wanted Lindsie to lie in her testimony. Todd denies this whole thing:
“Although our hearts are broken, Lindsie is our daughter and we will always love her.”
It gets more dramatic. Apparently Todd is furious with Lindsie because he suspects that she also has something to do with these federal charges against him. While he blamed an unnamed ex-employee in his Instagram post detailing this alleged frame-job, he also thinks Lindsie has something to do with it.
Lindsie’s attorney, Musa Ghanayem, tells TMZ that Todd’s assumptions are absurd, saying she didn’t leak any family secrets. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Lindsie’s case against Todd has already been officially dismissed but only because the alleged threat and harassment occurred in Tennessee. Her lawyer didn’t comment on whether Lindsie plans to refile in the correct jurisdiction.
This plastic blond messiness is several Lifetime movies in one (super religious rich people stealing money and extorting their own children) and it’s going to get messier. Meanwhile, Donald Trump is probably disgusted and furious about this story. I mean, he’s never been able to get his hands on a sex tape of his daughter. So unfair!
