Aaron Carter Got A Restraining Order Against His Ex, Lina Valentina

Never trust someone who’s name is alliteration. Okay maybe not never–if they’re a porn star or drag queen, it’s fine, but otherwise, run. That’s certainly the case for Aaron Carter whose recent drama with his ex, Lina Valentina, is now culminating in him getting a restraining order against her. After accusing her of attacking him on several occasions, Aaron finally took out a restraining order against her, keeping her at least 100 yards away.

Last week, Aaron had the cops called on him for a welfare check after someone claimed that he was a danger. When the cops found that Aaron was totally fine (well not ‘fine‘–he’s Aaron Carter–but I mean apart from everything else he has going) there were suggestions that the whole thing was some payback by his ex. Aaron and Lina had broken up over the weekend and so maybe it was Lina trying to get back at him for finally kicking her out of his house? Well now we know Aaron is not about to let things slide! …Or is he?

According to E! News, the Los Angeles Superior Court confirmed that Aaron was granted a partial restraining order on Monday. The documents reveal that Aaron alleges that Lina “physically assaulted” him “several” times, and threatened to stab him.

“She has threatened to stab me several times and she carries a knife with her.”

TMZ says some of this domestic shit could be related to an incident on July 31 when police went to Aaron’s house at around two in the morning and were told that Lina had slapped him and left a bruise. They have a pic of it.

Lina has been ordered to keep 100 yards from Aaron at all times, but he was denied one thing, which doesn’t matter. His request for Lina to leave his home was denied because she doesn’t live there. So he was just being salty asking for it?

But Aaron’s lawyer said that the restraining order is just temporary and he’s not going to try to make it permanent:

“Not pursuing the restraining order at this time... Aaron wants to move on with his life and has resolved his issues with Lina. He wishes Lina the best. He’s focusing on his career, his music and his fans.”

Still, I wouldn’t count out Lina Valentina’s craziness. So I think Aaron’s next party needs major, major security.
