Heidi Klum And Tokio Hotel’s Tom Kaulitz Got Married Again

August 4, 2019 / Posted by:

Truth-telling supermodel and Halloween icon Heidi Klum, 46, re-married her husband, Tom Kaulitz, 29, on the Isle of Capri yesterday. Tom is 1/2 of the identical twin brothers who run the German band Tokio Hotel and is often overshadowed by his brother Bill who is, as Heid’s pal Tim Gunn used to say, a lot of look. But this was Heidi and Tom’s day so Bill kept it demure in what looked like a rabbi’s outfit? Ok, moving on now…

People reports that Klum and Tom got engaged last December and were secretly legally married back in February, one year after they met. But getting secretly married when you’re rich is no fun when you can have a super-glamorous wedding off the coast of Italy involving yachts and cliffside restaurants and a big dress for the paps. And so they did!

Heidi’s parents attended as did her four kids – daughters Leni, 15, and Lou, 9, and sons Henry, 14, Johan, 12. Leni is her daughter with an Italian racing team owner but was legally adopted by Heidi’s ex-husband Seal, and the other kids are hers and Seal’s.

On Friday night, Heidi and Tom threw a pre-wedding party on a famous yacht.

Guests boarded the luxury yacht, Christina O., for a night of dancing. The storied vessel was once owned by Aristotle Onassis, and also hosted the wedding receptions of Princess Grace Kelly to Prince Rainier III and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis to Aristotle.

Heidi had previously hinted to Entertainment Tonight that this had been all been in the works for a while and that the couple’s nationality would ensure that it would go off without a hitch.

Leading up to their wedding, Klum kept quiet about most details. In February, she told Entertainment Tonight that the ceremony would be “on time” and that preparations were “coming along.”

“We’re two Germans, it will be very organized and on time. Very, very much on time and very organized,” Klum said.

The bride wore “a strapless white gown complete with flowing long sleeves and an elegant floral design” and her hair down under a white veil while sporting a necklace that spelled out “TOM.”

Besides telling student designers and supposedly talented people to beat it on reality tv competition shows, Heidi is mostly known for her extra, extra, read all about it Halloween costumes. So congrats to her for resisting the urge to show up dressed like her own wedding cake, or sticking with the boat theme and coming as the Titanic, a manta ray, or a barnacle.
