Swedish Prosecutors In The A$AP Rocky Case Want Him To Serve Six Months In Prison (UPDATE)

UPDATE: The judge just released A$AP Rocky and the other two defendants and is letting them leave Sweden. The verdict will be laid down on August 14, but since the judge let them go, there’s a good chance they’re all going to be found not guilty. And, of course, you know who is still acting like he cares.

Here’s the original post:

So the A$AP Rocky trial in Sweden is coming to a close and it’s pretty much up to the judges to come to their conclusions on the evidence and lay down a sentence. After being arrested in Sweden early last month for a street fight, and being locked up ever since–A$AP will soon find out if he will be able to leave and fly back to his celebrity life where he can tour and rap and say that Black Lives Matters is a bandwagon. Or if he’ll be spending a minute in a Swedish prison cell. But lucky for him, Donald Trump is still sticking his nose in Swedish business–because as everyone knows: people outside of America love Donald Trump.

Yesterday A$AP took the stand to tell his side of the story and I hope it was a compelling one because it’s time for those judges to make some choices.

TMZ  says that it’s time for the judges to deliberate. Will A$AP sashay away home? Or will he chanté you stay in prison? Luckily for A$AP today was a good day for him in court. Two eyewitnesses said they knew for a fact that they did not see him strike anyone with a bottle. This point of, “Did A$AP bottle the guy who was harassing him and his team?”, was a major one for the prosecution–suggesting that the level of retaliation was not justified.

A$AP and his crew were harassed by some Swedish dudes while out in the street, and despite trying to get them away, the two men continued following A$AP and his crew, even hitting his bodyguard with headphones which then broke. Since the two Swedes would not leave A$AP and company alone, they ended up getting jumped. In America that’s called: the weekend. But in Sweden it is a crime. Not for the harasser, apparently–but A$AP might have taken things too far by bottling the guy bothering him.

In his testimony, A$AP admitted to picking up a bottle but denied throwing it. His bodyguard also testified that the alleged victim was holding a bottle and may have actually just hurt his damn self.

Then get this, Donald Trump tried to intervene again.

Swedish prosecutors said that Trump sent a letter through theUS Embassy demanding they release A$AP and his entourage. Prosecutors rejected the demand because: Duh. And a spokesperson said that no country has ever made such a request before, which also: Duh.

After that, prosecutors asked for A$AP to serve six months in prison for the attack. They also want to keep him in jail during the verdict which could take a week. So I’m going to say it that they did that because of Trump. They’re like: “Fuck Trump, we’ll give A$AP six months and you know what? Let’t take a whole week to decide, and even more trolling, let’s keep him in prison over the course of that!”

I get that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West thought asking Donald for help with A$AP was a good idea because he has influence… in America. Outside of it? LOL. Getting the wrong person to stick up for you does not help–Sweden doesn’t give two fucks bout Kim Kardashian, Donald Trump or A$AP Rocky! You really want to influence Sweden you need someone they actually care about to stand up. Should have reached out to ABBA.
