A Royal Expert Thinks Duchess Kate Might Get Pregnant Again To Avoid Working

According to a “royal commentator” named Phil Dampier who recently spoke to The Sun, Duchess Kate doesn’t really even like her job as a Duchess, and wants to avoid it all by getting pregnant again.

Kate and Prince William live with their three children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis – in Kensington Palace, which is located right in the middle on London. But they also have a fancy country house in Norfolk called Anmer Hall, which totally sounds like John Travolta butchering Armie Hammer’s name. Phil claims Kate really loves being in the county with the kids doing…I don’t know what, picking apples? Commanding their servants to pick apples? Sadly, Kate can’t live that Anmer Hall life full-time because she’s got a job back in London at Kensington Palace, where she’s expected to uphold her royal engagements.

If Kate had a regular job, she could just walk into Queen Elizabeth’s office and submit a two weeks notice letter declaring that she’s retiring from waving and greeting people. But that’s not how it’s done with the royal family. Phil believe’s Kate could temporarily get out work for at least nine months by getting pregnant again.

“Not only does she love family life in Norfolk, to be honest it gives her an excuse to not be at the forefront of royal duties for a bit longer, which I don’t think she enjoys. I think Kate’s been interacting with the public and doing very well recently, but from what I’m told she’d rather be at home with the children.”

Phil speculates that the decision to have a third child was Kate’s, because she comes from a family of three kids. Kate is also friends with Princess Mary of Denmark, who has four children, and has witnessed how it’s possible to raise four little royals. Phil is assuming all this means Kate could announce she’s pregnant in 2019. Wow, Phil apparently knows as much about Kate’s personal life as Dr. Medispa.

The Sun doesn’t think Phil’s prediction of a fourth child is too far off. They claim that the online betting site Bookmakers.tv place Kate’s odds of announcing a fourth pregnancy in 2019 at 4/5. A spokesperson for the site said that Kate mentioned being “broody” earlier this year, odds of a fourth pregnancy have increased considerably. I’m sure the talk about Kate bonding over babies with her alleged former enemy Duchess Meghan hasn’t helped.

The one thing Phil and The Sun are forgetting is that with Kate on a possible hiatus, it means more work will fall into Prince William’s lap. The good news for him is that Kate would surely be more than happy to help her husband where she can. Like picking out his ties, or helping him answer any work-related text messages or emails he may receive. If that’s something she might do, then William might want to go through his contacts now and change a couple people’s names to “WRONG NUMBER.”
