Brad Pitt And Leonardo DiCaprio Have Been Bonding Over Pottery
It looks like Brad Pitt has found a new best friend, and it’s Leonardo DiCaprio. I bet Brad is out at the grocery store right now, buying tons of potato chips and 2L bottles of orange soda for a super-fun sleepover on Leo’s yacht this weekend. No parents, girls, or Lukas Haas allowed! Well, maybe “best friend” is exaggerating a bit. At the very least, The Sun claims that Brad’s got a new pottery buddy.
A source tells The Sun that Brad and his Once Upon a Time in Hollywood co-star became friends while filming, and Leo was often over at Brad’s house. We learned back in 2017 that one of Brad’s ways to cope with the end of his marriage and new life as a single dad was sculpting. Brad is serious about sculpting, and he’s got a full-on studio in his house. That studio has come in very handy for Brad and Leo’s ceramic bro nights.
“Brad’s got his own sculpting studio at his house and Leo loves coming over to use it. They sometimes hang out with Brad’s artist pals, but other times it’s just the two of them. Leo brings sandwiches over from their favourite place, Fat Sal’s, and they spend their boys’ nights creating art until the early hours.”
But what are they making so early in the morning? If their pottery sessions were anything like the pottery class in my high school, then they’re giggling like maniacs after one throws a lump of clay that resembles a dong. Regardless, I’m sure many of you are picturing Brad and Leo recreating the famous pottery wheel scene from Ghost. But you can keep dreaming. As if Leo would ever get romantic with someone over the age of 25.
Speaking of, People has an update on 44-year-old Leo’s relationship with his current 22-year-old girlfriend Camila Morrone, and it sounds like things really are continuing to get serious between them. A source tells People that Camila is over at his house a lot, and he calls her his girlfriend. She hasn’t moved in, she’s just allowed to be there a bunch. That, paired with the G word, means it’s serious.
“They seem pretty serious,” says the insider. “It’s definitely not a casual relationship. Camila spends a lot of time at his house. Camila is long known as Leo’s girlfriend. And Leo introduced her to both of his parents long ago.”
Leo’s version of serious probably doesn’t involve plotting to buy a ring. The next serious step for Leo and Camila will be when he drops to one knee, opens a beautiful red velvet box with a simple gold hook inside and asks, “Do you want to hang your flip flops on this? That’s right, you’re officially allowed to keep a pair of shoes here.”
