Lindsay Lohan Is Butchering The Australian Accent Now
Ever the cunning linguist, Lindsay Lohan has been dropping in and out of accents for a few years now. It was like she was practicing for the role of a master-of-disguise international spy who was really bad at their job. Since Lindsay will soon be judging the Masked Singer: Australia, she’s been living there and has really adopted to the culture. So much so, she now seems to have picked up yet another accent–add it to the list of this highly-cultured mess.
Lindsay is adept at moving to a new place and just soaking it the fuck in. She immediately engrosses herself in all the people, and scenery and community and just becomes a huge success wherever she goes. …Until it all comes crashing down a year later and she has to high-tail it out of town, taking all her furniture and belongings with her. Well she’s still in the first phase of that life-sequence and she’s doing well in Australia, I guess. She hopped on Instagram to show off to us just how much she’s thriving in her new Aussie digs:
There it is: a new Aussie twang. I mean, it’s because she’s such a good actress–she just picks up certain dialects as fast and easily as she picks up children who don’t belong to her. Real fast. I wonder if her new music will also come with this jacked up accent choice? Time will tell.
I’m sure Lindsay will do really well for the next year or so tearing it up in Australia. That is until one day when the Sydney Opera House mysteriously burns down and Lindsay Lohan is next seen weeks later working on one of those Japanese game shows with a new and incredibly racist accent.
