Sweden Will Not Press Charges Against The Guy Who Started Fight With A$AP Rocky

After A$AP Rocky was arrested in Sweden and kept in jail for the past few weeks, people have been trying to get him out, and not just his lawyers. Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and Donald Trump also have been publicly trying to get him out of jail. Well, it looks like the results of those efforts are in: and it’s not looking good for Rocky. It’s now being reported that the guy who started the fight with Rocky and his security team while they were minding their own business, will not be charged. And neither will Rocky’s security guard. But you know who probably will be charged and is still in jail?

TMZ says that Swedish prosecutors announced that they believe the guy who is on video harassing Rocky and his team was justified in attacking his bodyguard. They say he did it in self-defense after the bodyguard “pushed and lifted [him] by his neck”. The video we saw shows a lot of the Swedish guy bothering Rocky, but it doesn’t show anyone getting that level of physical with him, so who knows what other evidence prosecutors have which would make them think that.

But the bodyguard has already been cleared by Swedish authorities of any crimes, which makes things more confusing. Also, the man who allegedly started the fight was never even taken into custody during this investigation process which is allegedly keeping A$AP Rocky in shit-stained jail cells (which some people are skeptical of…).

TMZ says that it’s likely Rocky will get charged with aggravated assault. If he gets charged and convicted, he could get up to 6 years in prison. But again… Swedish prisons aren’t supposed to be that bad…

So with all this being said, of course Kim Kardashian and Donald Trump have been patting themselves on the back and jerking off about how they’re trying to help A$AP. Trump said he would pay the bail himself–which is hilarious because Trump doesn’t pay bills. Justin Bieber seemed to believe him, though, and thanked him for trying to help out A$AP, but then also made some political comments of his own:

Sweden has just had it with all this American interference and it seems Rocky is going to get the full brunt of their frustrations. It’s been reported that the Swedish Prime Minister told President Trump that he and his State Department can fuck off out of here, because they’re not going to let A$AP Rocky out of jail just because they asked. No one in Sweden cares about your shit, Trump

Sucks for A$AP Rocky, he really seems to be getting railroaded by the Swedish government. On the bright-side, at least he’s not getting railroaded by the American government:
