Kathy Griffin Once Again Reminds Us That Ellen Degeneres Hates Her Ass

Just the other day Kathy Griffin was talking to People about how she and Anderson Cooper still aren’t friends and probably never will be again, while promoting her new show Hell Of A Story. Well, now Kathy is dusting off some other old news to promote her show, this time talking about her feud with Ellen Degeneres.

Kathy’s feud with Ellen apparently stems from Ellen finding Kathy to be repulsive and mean in terms of her comedy, and also because Kathy feels Ellen really had a stick up her ass about Joan Rivers–going so far as to not participate in a tribute to Joan. Well, Kathy has more to say on that. While on Good Day New York yesterday, Kathy let us know that she and Ellen still don’t like each other, but it’s mostly Ellen: Kathy’s no snob. via Us Weekly

“I am apparently not her cup of tea. But I think she is great. I am not a comedy snob… I’m vulgar, but I think it’s great there’s clean comedians and prop comedians and topical comedians and observational comedians. I’m just happy whenever a female, especially a female over 50, is still in the game.”

Kathy was also asked about her feud with TMZ ringleader Harvey Levin. But like Anderson Cooper she has no plans to make up with Harvey and literally laughed in the interviewer’s face at the suggestion saying: “No.”

“I was told by two people at TMZ that [Levin] talked to the Trumps multiple times a week and, you know, I just find that astounding.”

Oh, and don’t think that Kathy let us get away without talking some more shit about her new nemesis, Andy Cohen:

“If he has a skill set, I’d like to know what that is … It’s hard to name one.”

Wow, excuse me! You don’t think getting drunk and asking rich women about their petty dramas requires skill? You try getting a room full of well-dressed women whipped up into a screaming frenzy: it’s not as easy at it sounds.

Now with all that being said: remember to see Kathy Griffin in Hell Of A Story… I mean, I feel it’s only fair I give her the promo she wants for talking all this shit. It’s called symbiosis–we want her to keep talking that talk, right?
