Mike Fleiss, Creator Of “The Bachelor” Is Accused Of Some Serious Domestic Abuse Awfulness

It’s a tale as old as Yikes: a man gets accused of some highly disgusting and messed up domestic abuse, and then he says that the woman accusing him is a psychotic lying bitch. This time the alleged domestic abuser if one of the creators of The BachelorMike Fleiss, and the accuser is his wife, former Miss America Laura Fleiss whom he filed for divorce from last week–pictured above before they got married with a much hotter dude in between them.

The Blast reports that 31-year-old Laura made some awful claims against 55-year-old Mike. The story goes that she got pregnant even though Mike said he didn’t want more kids after their son Ben was born.

“While Mike has frequently been verbally abusive towards me during our marriage, in recent weeks, he has become enraged, due to the fact I am pregnant with our second child. Mike told me many times that he did not want us to have a second child.”

She alleges that he was trying to force her to have an abortion and got violent when they were talking about it–taking her phone and telling her that she wouldn’t see her family:

“I tried to go into another room to call my mother. Mike refused to let me go and made threats that I would lose access to my family and my family’s ability to see Ben.”

Then she chased Mike out trying to get her phone back but Mike grabbed her and shoved her outside saying, “I’m going to punch your face in.” Then she alleges he almost fucked her up with his car:

“While I was standing on there (between Mike and the open door), Mike put the truck in reverse and began to back up, and firmly said, ‘You’re fucked.’ He then stopped the car suddenly, which nearly made me fall off the running board and caused the swinging door to almost close on me. At this point, Mike forcefully shoved me off of the running board, closed the car door and drove away with my cell phone in his possession.”

She went to a neighbor who drove her to file a police report and was granted a temporary restraining order against Mike. She says he has degraded her in front of friends and family in the past, and has surveillance footage showing Mike attack her and drive off.

Meanwhile, Mike denies this. The Blast says his story goes, Laura is emotionally unstable and he thought she was on birth control but she lied. He didn’t want to have kids with her because of her alleged mental issues.

“Laura had issues with emotional stability and had a difficult time caring for Ben when he was a baby.”

Nice, say she’s a bad mother. This is obviously not going to get messy fast. He says the fight started because he wanted to know if she was lying about other things, like another man–so he took her phone and tried to go through it:

“I wanted to be sure she was not having an affair and that the baby she was carrying was mine.”

Fleiss claims that Laura would not hand over the phone, so he took it from her. That’s when, he claims, Laura “immediately attacked me so I ran out of the bedroom, down the stairs, and outside to my car.”

He says that as he was making his way out of the home, Laura was “pounding on me with her fists, jumping on my back, and trying to get the phone back.”

He thinks the surveillance footage backs up his story as she only used stills. He said after that, he and Laura still communicated and was shocked about the police report. Now he doesn’t know where Laura or his son are, and he thinks she’s unstable so she shouldn’t have their son.

“Due to Laura’s historical emotional instability, I am concerned about her and our son while in her care. I want to make sure they are safe.”

This is gross. But the thing is, he still is highly unjustified in taking her phone away even if his story is true. And if the cops documented her injuries (which they did) then that means whatever defensive measure he used left marks so if she was viciously attacking him he should of had some marks of his own, no? No mention of that… I’m no Nancy Drew but I also think Laura’s friends will be able to backup or deny the previous degrading Laura said he did. And people always release texts that make them look good, lets scroll up a few days, Mike–lets see what else you’ve texted to Laura.

If we learn that the creator of America’s favorite “romantic” reality show is in fact a self-obsessed abusive asshole, Kelly Ripa will feel so vindicated.
