Hayden Panettiere’s Friends Are Worried And Want Her To Break Up With Her Allegedly Abusive Boyfriend

29-year-old Hayden Panettiere‘s relationship with her boyfriend Brian Hickerson was a mess from the jump off. It started like any Palin family gathering with a drunk familial brawl, and it never got better. It got worse. We heard about some asshole behavior when the cops were called for a domestic situation and then the grossness was fully detailed–and now he may be going to jail because of it. There are still some people in Hayden’s life who have sense and don’t drink themselves into domestic abusive stupors and they have some opinions. Specifically: get away from the violent guy.

People has sources who are saying pretty much the same thing: “Hayden, step away from the domestic abuser.”

“[Friends and family] Are begging her to straighten up and move ahead… It is totally out of control and she has to get over this guy. Her friends and family have been worried about her for quite a while, and things seem to have gotten worse. She needs to do some soul-searching. For whatever reason, she continues this relationship, but it has done nothing but take her down lower. It’s a sad situation.”

The source says her people think she needs to just get new influences. Okay, so who are you? What are you guys doing? What influence have you had?

“Hayden needs to surround herself with different types of people and get a hand on both her personal and professional life. It’s hard to imagine things getting any worse, but they could.”

I think Hayden’s professional life left us along with Rayna James.

Hayden has also been in the news because she’s apparently not really seen much of her four-year-old daughter Kaya who lives in Ukraine with her ex, Wladimir Klitschko. Hayden of course denies this, and posted pics with her daughter back in February. The source also talks shit about that:

“Her life is in flux with her daughter living away, and she has other issues weighing on her mind.”

Hayden has not one but two really good friends who give quotes to People magazine that she can surround herself with and they say that their:

“Heart breaks for what Hayden must be going through… Hayden is a wonderful and talented girl who was so happy with her family. I hope she can wade through whatever has gone wrong and get her life back together.”

Hayden’s family is hoping that the legal system will also help them separate Brian from her, telling People:

“We are hopeful that the judge makes the right decision. It’s an important message in terms of domestic violence for all women.”

It’s always sad to see a “Why can’t I quit you?”-moment from someone who absolutely needs to quit someone else. I think that maybe she should go and spend some time in Ukraine with her daughter and get away from all this. She can also try a Ukrainian relaunch of her career, get it back on track, like the source said. Stay tuned for a Ukrainian reimagining of Nashville: “Zaporizhia”–about a young Ukrainian girl who works in aircraft engine manufacturing and dreams of flying away herself to become a singing sensation in America.
