Kip Pardue Got Fined $6,000 For Sexual Misconduct By SAG
Another day, another actor learning what seems to be a pretty obvious life lesson: don’t masturbate in front of co-workers. Kip Pardue has been fined $6,000 by the Screen Actors Guild for jacking off in front of actress Sarah Scott. On top of that, another actress has come forward saying he’s pulled the same creepiness in front of her. Who knew that Louis CK also taught a Learning Annex class on appropriate onset behavior to Z-list (and I’m being generous) actors?

Actor Kip Pardue was fined $6,000 by the Hollywood union SAG after being found guilty of “serious misconduct” for allegedly masturbating in front of a horrified female co-star, it emerged Sunday.
The “Remember the Titans” actor 43, was accused of sexual harassment on the set of the made-for-TV movie “Mogulettes” in May of last year by actress Sarah Scott, 35, who says he moved her hand onto his aroused crotch while they lay under the covers on set.
The actress, who was clad in underwear and nipple pasties at the time, alleges that the actor then masturbated in front of her once they were alone in a dressing room.

Another actress, Andrea Bogart, gave an affidavit to the panel claiming that Pardue left her in “utter shock” when he masturbated in front of her, too, after a scene for TV’s “Ray Donovan” in 2014, according to the report.
Sarah says she went to the police and filed a police report but didn’t want to press charges, so she took it to the union hoping they could step in and let Kip know that this makes for a gross and scary work environment and to keep his hands away from his dick at all times during work hours.
The committee’s decision “censures and admonishes” Pardue for “inappropriate and unprofessional conduct” and fined him $6,000, which could be halved if he takes sexual-harassment training, Scott told the paper.
The matter would have remained secret — never shared with Pardue’s future co-stars — had Scott not spoken out publicly, she said.
“Overall, I’m OK with it, but it’s a weird feeling. I don’t know if I’m supposed to feel good about the punishment or not,” she told the Times.
A $6,000 fine that could be halved if he takes some bullshit sexual-harassment training?!! Ummm…WHAT?! He’s an alleged serial work jerk-off(er!). Imagine the level of depravity and dumbness to not know this isn’t ok. And then to be rewarded with $3,000 reduction for taking a class to learn it? Jesus, I’ve taken a lot of dumb classes in my life but never one that has to explain to me it’s wrong to masturbate in front of people at work.
