Jenelle Evans Of “Teen Mom 2” Got Two Of Her Three Kids Back

Back in May, Jenelle Evans of Teen Mom 2 and her husband David Eason, the human equivalent of a Calvin pissing on MY EX car decal, lost temporary custody of their children after he put down the family dog, Nugget. Child Protective Services took their 2-year-old Ensley and placed her with Jenelle’s mother, Barbara. Jenelle’s 4-year-old son Kaiser went to stay with his father Nathan Griffith. Barbara has custody of Jenelle’s 9-year-old son Jace, so he wasn’t removed. Instead, CPS said Jace’s visits at his mom’s house were suspended. David’s 11-year-old daughter Maryssa, whom he had custody of,went to live with her mom. TMZ is now reporting that a judge has gone ahead and given Jenelle two of her children back.
Before a judge returned Jenelle’s kids back to her, David tried to fight Nathan outside of court, and she and David have called the cops repeatedly on her mom. But I guess the only news the judge read was the story about Jenelle and David going to therapy, because the judge thinks Jenelle and David should have two of their kids back. Sources tell TMZ that Ensley and Kaiser can return home to Jenelle. Nathan Griffith was reportedly ordered to turn Kaiser over to Jenelle at 10am yesterday.
Jace remains in the custody of his grandma Barbara. It’s not known if Maryssa is back home with her dad. But considering it was once reported Maryssa refused to see David during one of their supervised visits, I’m going to guess that she might still be chilling with her mama.
The court hearing took place on Wednesday, and sources say the judge didn’t take a very long time to give her kids back. Obviously the judge started their Fourth of July boozing a little early. Then again, if you ask Jenelle herself, she’ll tell you that the judge didn’t find any evidence of abuse or neglect. Us Weekly says Jenelle spoke to Champion Daily after the hearing, and she said the judge heard testimonies from Ensley and Kaiser’s teachers, and the judge allegedly believed all of CPS’s evidence was merely “hearsay.” Jenelle also claims she’s going to fight to regain custody of Jace. She adds:
“Throughout this long process and final decision, I am excited to be moving forward and continuing to show America I’m a good parent.”
On Wednesday, Jenelle confirmed the news on Twitter:
Crying in tears of joy. 😭😭😭

Ah, tears of joy. Much different from the tears of terror everyone was crying when they witnessed David pull out a piece and assassinate Nugget.
My lawyer is a beast 💪🏼

Well, not all of them. But who’s counting? The point here is that she got some of them back, and only time will tell if that was a good decision or not. And I’ve got a feeling we won’t be waiting too long to tell, considering it’s Independence Day weekend. There’s a 50% chance we’re going to read a headline about David “accidentally” taking down a bald eagle with some illegal fireworks.
