Amber Portwood From “Teen Mom” Got Arrested For Domestic Battery

Teen Mom has really produced the best of the best of human society. Nothing but class and elegance comes to mind when thinking about some of the fabulously honorable people who have come and gone from the reality series over the years. Bristol Palin. Farrah Abraham. Jenelle Evans. Really just people you think should be raising children and being paid to be on television. You know another good one? Amber Portwood. It’s been a minute since we heard from her, so we thought her path to elegance had fallen by the way-side, but don’t worry: she’s back with a domestic battery arrest to show us she’s still that debutante we knew she was.

Amber last got into trouble with the law several years ago when she went to jail for a probation violation. The gag was she could have either gone to rehab or jail, and she chose lock-up.

Well, TMZ says that Amber has been arrested again, and it’s also for something she’s been in trouble for in the past. Back in 2010 she was charged with domestic battery when she hit her ex Gary Shirley. It’s happened again with a different man.

Early this morning, Amber was arrested in Indianapolis and RadarOnline says she’s still being processed. Her most-recent boyfriend is Andrew Glennon–with whom she just had a pregnancy scare on Teen Mom OG. Amber was also hinting at marriage with Andrew. The two have a child together, one-year-old James, and Amber also has a daughter named Leah with her ex Gary. Andrew claims that Amber hit him when he was holding James, because the two were in a heated argument.  The Indianapolis police say that Child Protective Services is now involved because it happened in front of James. Another day another Teen Mom investigated by CPS.

I don’t know what these Teen Moms are up to. Whenever one does something gross and fucked up, like staying with a guy who killed her dog in front of her kids, the next day another just goes and whoops their spouse’s ass because…? There is no reason that should be happening. There is no reason any of this should be happening! Is this a competition? Who’s more trash?  Everyone’s a loser in that game.
