Lady Gaga And Bradley Cooper May Reunite At Glastonbury

Are you going to the Glastonbury Festival this weekend in Somerset, England, this weekend? Do you want to watch two huge stars tease the audience with the implication they might be fucking while mud creeps into your wellies? Well you may be in luck, because there’s a chance Lady Gaga will bring recently-single Bradley Cooper on stage with her.

Us Weekly says this rumor started with Scottish radio DJ Edith Bowman. Edith said yesterday on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch that she spoke about the possibility of a live performance of “Shallow” with Bradley Cooper on her Soundtracking podcast back in October 2018. This was before Gaga and Bradley made things weird for everyone at the Oscars this year. After reminding Edith that Jackson (SPOILER) died at the end of A Star Is Born, he claimed that “we” (most likely meaning he and Gaga) had been talking to Glastonbury co-organizer Nick Dewey about the possibility of a live performance on the Park Stage. Bradley also suggested they’d do six songs. Bradley Cooper secretly crashed Glastonbury in 2017 to film a scene as Jackson Maine for A Star Is Born.

But that was eight months ago, and a lot can change in eight months (as Bradley’s personal life knows all too well). Edith seems to think that Bradley and Gaga were still planning on that surprise appearance this weekend, because she hasn’t heard otherwise.  But Glastonbury co-organizer Emily Eavis claims it isn’t happening.

They are screening the movie, so attendees will technically get to see Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga perform. Then again, that could just be a convenient cover to keep the show a secret until the big reveal. Lady Gaga is currently taking a break from her Las Vegas residency (she played her last show on June 15th, and is scheduled to return on October 17th).

So it could happen. But even if it doesn’t, I’m sure some people will still think it did. There are a lot of drunk, stoned people at music festivals. “Hey mate, did you catch that set with Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper? It was so crazy! Sam Elliott was there, and Bradley punched him. It was absolutely mental. I think it happened in the cinema tent.
