Dean McDermott Came To Tori Spelling’s Defense After The Internet Hated On Her Bikini Picture

On Sunday, Tori Spelling posted a picture of herself in a bikini, alongside her Beverly Hills, 90210 co-stars Gabrielle Carteris and Jennie Garth, also in swimwear. After Tori caught some crap, Dean McDermott leapt to defend her honor.

Here’s the pic:

Tori geotagged the picture, and it looks like they were dining in their poolside best in Vancouver, British Columbia. If I were one of Tori’s followers, the first thing I’d point out is that it’s only been about 17 degrees (or a chilly American 63) in Vancouver. In Canadian wardrobe choice temperatures, that’s spring jacket to shoes without socks, max. Or maybe that was Tori’s goal: pose in a bikini on a cold-looking patio in hopes of attracting a beachwear cover-up company to sponsor her next post. But let’s be honest here, the goal was some modestly MILF-y thirst trapping. Except it didn’t work out the way Tori was probably hoping. People says that her post saw one person accusing her of “trying too hard to be relevant,” while another said: “I’m cringing.” That’s when Dean jumped in and took aim at the haters by writing:

“I love how you haters have private accts!! Let’s see what you trolls look like ya cowards!!!”

This isn’t the first time Dean has put on his cape and swooped in to rescue Tori from haters. Back in March, Dean posted a video slapping at the internet pitchfork crowd who came for Tori after she posted a sponsored ad for snack muffins.

I can’t hate on how quick Dean is to have his wife’s back. The guy is pretty much unemployed – fighting off internet haters from the comfort of his couch is the least he can do. But the way he recently tried to defend Tori could have maybe be done with a bit more tact. It’s kind of hard to convince everyone that you’ve rehabbed your image as a two-timing dog of a husband when you’re asking random women on the internet to make their profiles public so you can ogle their bikini pics.
