Lamar Odom Admits To Having Sex With Over 2,000 Women
Khloé Kardashian’s ex husband Lamar Odom is opening up about his addictions in his new book Darkness to Light. Lamar (or Lammy as we all know him as) famously cheated on Khloé Kardashian resulting in their split in 2013. Then in 2015 he was found unconscious in a brothel . Since that happened his life hasn’t exactly been rainbows and kittens as he collapsed at a club, had an altercation at Hooters that involved a gun and might have been kidnapped. Lamar says he is now drug free and trying to live a life that involves getting kidnapped less, and at least staying conscious at brothels.
According to People, Lamar writes that he was a sex addict before getting with Khloe and got on more strippers than glitter spray:
Lamar Odom is opening up for the first time about a crippling sex and drug addiction that nearly cost him his life.
In his new memoir, Darkness to Light — exclusively excerpted in PEOPLE — the NBA champion writes, “I have been obsessed with sex for as long as I can remember.”
“I am a sex addict,” writes Odom, who was married to Khloé Kardashian for four years before they split in 2013.
The 39-year-old reveals that he has had sex with more than 2,000 women. “There were too many strippers to count,” he writes. “It wasn’t a big deal, but often I would pay them. I never thought less of them.”
Odom also reveals that he cheated on Kardashian throughout their marriage; she eventually discovered the infidelities.“I was shocked and embarrassed,” he tells PEOPLE in an exclusive interview. “I wanted to take it back, but you can’t. [I] wanted to hide it. But that sick sin was hard for me to hide … I had a problem.”
Continues Odom: “[I] ran out of porn to watch! That’s how you know when you are going a little overboard.”
Lamar tells People that the overdose that nearly killed him caused him problems like memory loss, so I’m not sure if we should trust that 2,000 number. Could be 2,000. Could be 20,000. Who knows! And what’s really a bitch is that Lammy suffered memory loss but still remembers being married to a Kardashian.
Also, how does one run out of porn?! I thought porn was infinite? It’s like running out of the internet. Oh god..is he still buying DVDs?…. So even though I’m very confused by this statement, I hope he’s getting help for his addictions and is putting his life back together. And he’s already taken the first few steps in sobriety: admitting there is a problem, identifying triggers, and divorcing a Kardashian.
