Jennifer Garner Is One Of People’s Most Beautiful

Jennifer Garner is being celebrated for her decision to not get a large phoenix tattoo covering her whole back by being put on the cover of People’s Most Beautiful Issue. Of course Jennifer Garner has done more then just divorce Ben Affleck, she also works for Save the Childred, started an organic baby food company (how on brand), keeps the paparazzi industry alive, and she looks like the mom next store that everyone wants to bone.

According to People:

From balancing her career as one of Hollywood’s leading ladies with her business pursuits — including cofounding Once Upon a Farm organic cold-pressed baby food — to her role as an artist ambassador to Save the Children, Jennifer Garner is more than deserving to grace the cover of this year’s The Beautiful Issue.

And of course like every “beautiful person” in the Beautiful People issue, Jennifer says she grew up thinking she was homely.

Growing up in West Virginia, Garner insists her own style could initially be described as “band geek-chic,” she says, laughing. “I was so not one of the pretty girls that I just bypassed insecurity and didn’t see myself as attractive at all. It was not part of my life.”

Honesty, I’m not buying it. I’m sure Jennifer Garner have a pimple once or something but there’s no way she grew up having no idea she was pretty. I mean Jennifer’s awkward phase was (at most!) 24-48 hours while I’m currently on my 38th year of it. It’s like when rich people go to McDonald’s just so they can say they tried it. People who really eat at McDonalds don’t brag about eating at McDonald’s. Same with regular looking people. Regular looking people don’t talk about that time they looked regular.

Jennifer also claims she has no idea how make-up works.

And don’t get her started about makeup. “Do I seem like someone who’s good at applying makeup?” she says, laughing. “I own the nicest brushes and I own contouring things. If I used it, I would just look bruised.”

As a woman with limited make up skills I can relate. I once tried spray tanning and ended up smudging it all over my face in a panic. I looked like I had just spent the last hour digging through a trash can. Luckily it only lasts weeks and it was just my face. But with that said, it’s great that Jennifer Garner got a title that really matters! However, why didn’t they put Jennifer Garner on the cover (I don’t know who that Photoshopped creation is)!?
