DMX, Tara Reid, Jake Busey, And Michael Madsen Are Going To Be In A Movie Together

Because all actions have an equal and opposite reaction, Avengers: End Game–with all of its stars and high-budget action and three-hour plot and huge excitement and buzz surrounding it–has seemed to have created a vortex of negative energy which has been filled by this announcement. DMX, Tara Reid, Michael Madsen and Jake Busey are going to be in a movie together. I mean… I wonder if it will be called Assvengers: These People Still Do Things?
The Blast is reporting that a new psychological thriller about a serial killer called–and I think this is very creative–Chronicle Of A Serial Killer, is going to be made with those four “stars” “acting” in it. Brendan Sexton will play the serial killer.
The director of the film, Steve Stanulis (who must know people, because whomst’ve the hell is funding this movie) spoke with The Blast and gave them the low-down on DMX’s casting:
“Casting DMX as Detective White to me is a perfect fit. As a director, I always like going against the grain a bit. Also being familiar with his work over the years I have no doubt he is going bring a different dynamic to the role. It will be fun working with him and the rest of the cast on this one!”
DMX just got out of prison in January for evading taxes, so I guess he’s going to bring some white collar crime to the role? Or maybe prison experience? Who knows, I guess I won’t find out when I never watch this movie.
A rep for the film (has this shot yet? Are they just promoting this before anything happens? Maybe it still needs some crowd-funding dollars) Zack Teperman also had some words to say about these casting choices but none of them were “publicity” or “stunt”:
“It’s going to be awesome seeing DMX on-screen with Tara Reid. Factor in Jake Busey, Michael Madsen and Brendan Sexton… such a dynamic group of talent, this film is going to be a thriller!”
Dynamic is a word you could use for this… I guess. Jake isn’t really messy despite his last name, but those others are a litany of mess. Michael Madsen just got a DUI when his car made too much contact with a pole recently, DMX, as mentioned, just got out of the clink for tax evasion, and Tara Reid is… well, Tara Reid.
Can’t wait to see the trailer for this movie and learn all I (didn’t) need to know about it. This will definitely end up on someone’s shelf next to classics like: Among The Shadows and The Bobby Brown Story. AKA: True Cinematic Classics.
