Soulja Boy Was Arrested Again On A Probation Violation And Is Being Held Without Bail

It was just last month when Soulja Boy got arrested for violating his extended probation for some firearms charges from eight years ago. After Soulja made some threats online and allegedly held a woman he was seeing against her will, the cops paid him a visit and found a firearm, which was a probation violation, so he was taken to jail. He was arrested, but released that same day, just in time for an appearance at a Clippers game.

But now he’s back in jail, and luckily for him since he seems to love jail, he doesn’t have to worry about getting released and leaving the warm embrace of monochrome gray decor, thin bed mattresses, and orange jumpsuits, because the judge has decided Soulja can stay.

TMZ says that yesterday, Soulja had a hearing for the scenario laid out above. He was probably expecting this judge to be chill like all the L.A. judges who let the celebs get away with slaps on the wrist, but not this one. This judge got pissed. Soulja was taken into custody at the end of the hearing because the judge said he:

“Failed to do his court-ordered community service … and even conspired to falsify evidence that he had completed it.”

The biggest issue for the judge wasn’t the fact that Soulja didn’t do his community service. The judge’s real issue was that during the raid on Soulja’s house post-woman-being-held-against-her-will (is there a hearing for that or…?), the police officers found ammunition, which he can’t have because of his weapons case from 2014.

So Soulja is now being held without bail and will stay jailed until his hearing on April 30. He has shows in Ohio and Tennessee this weekend so… sorry guys. Guess you’ll have to Crank Dat to someone other than Soulja Boy.

It should be reminded that after being released last month from his arrest, Soulja bragged that he “wasn’t going out like Tekashi69. Yeah… well. Soulja also keeps trying to make his SouljaGame console happen and it’s not going to happen. Go to and see what happens… I didn’t even do that. Type in yourself and watch. This boy can’t fight Nintendo, how he gon’ fight the law?
