The Situation Has Become Prison Friends With Fyre Festival Founder Billy McFarland

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino has made some new friends during his 8 month prison stint for tax evasion. Friends like Billy McFarland, who was sentenced to six years in prison for that fraudulent mess that was the Fyre Festival, and the dude who leaked Jennifer Lawrence’s nudes.

I guess if you’re going to make prison besties, you might as well make friends with the most famous douchebags in the place. Everyone knows non-famous prison douchebags are way less fun and probably better at Scrabble than you. So kudos to The Situation for choosing wisely!

According to People, Pauly D and Vinny Guadagnino went on Jenny McCarthy’s podcast to discuss The Situation’s prison life and talk about how he’s doing better than expected.

“We talk to him every day,” Guadagnino, 31, said. “There’s an app where we can talk to him — he has a computer room that he goes to throughout the day. He sends me positive vibes. He gets me through my day, while he’s in prison.”

“He is in there with the guy from the Fyre Festival,” Guadagnino said. “And he’s in there with the guy that leaked Jennifer Lawrence’s nudes, that hacked her phone.”

“They play Scrabble together!” DelVecchio added.

I’m pretty sure The Situation knows fifty words (at best) so the biggest revelation is that Mike plays Scrabble. I would love to see the Scrabble board after those clowns get through with it. It’s just littered with words like: Gym-Tan-Laundry, (or laundering if they are referencing money) meatballs, confetti cake, ron-ron juice, smush, smash, and DTF.

Vinny and Pauly D aren’t the only ones talking about much Mike is enjoying prison. Snooki also recently talked about how The Situation is having the time of his life in the clink, playing Bingo.

Is it weird that I’m feeling jealous of The Situation’s prison life? I could use some time to work out, play Bingo and Scrabble, and talk to people on the outside through some app only when I feel it like. Plus he’s probably learning a lot from his new friends. Nude photo hacker guy probably gives him great advice on phone capabilities and Billy McFarland could help him plan his honeymoon, tell him where to get the best cheese sandwiches or how to get the most out of your employees.
