Wendy Williams And Kevin Hunter May Be Considering A Separation
Straight through this past Friday, Wendy Williams has been soldiering forward, somehow (barely) getting herself together enough to host her show all week, despite living in a sober house and having everybody looking at her sideways for ignoring her husband Kevin Hunter‘s alleged new baby. But things may be about to change. In addition to taking a scheduled break this week, Page Six reports that Wendy may finally have started listening to voices other than her husband’s, and that the couple may be taking steps towards a separation. Who knows, maybe she’s finally accepted that the ghost of Whoopi Goldberg actually had her best interests at heart all along.
According to Page Six:
Now sources say Williams and Hunter are exploring what a separation would look like, even though he remains her long-time manager. They are both partners in Wendy Williams Productions, the company that produces her popular daytime show.
A source told us: “There is a discussion about what happens now — everyone is asking, ‘How can they possibly stay together?’ Wendy still loves Kevin, but her health is at stake.
Personally, I’m not holding my breath. Kevin and Wendy have been married for 22 years. She’s likely known about Kevin’s mistress, Sharina Hudson, for as long as he’s allegedly been with her. Which is at minimum 10 years according to The Daily Mail. DM has been on Kevin’s sloppy ass since 2008 when he was sued for sexual harassment by a talent broker on Wendy’s radio show. That woman not only claimed that Kevin repeatedly told her how bad he wanted to “fuck her”, she was also scared of him because she witnessed Kevin assaulting Wendy on numerous occasions. Wendy denied it all claiming, “This bitch is out of her mind”. All this to say that none of this is new to Wendy. She’s been defending Kevin’s raggedy ass for decades. But who knows, maybe this time will be different.
I hope Wendy is able to make the most of her week off and spends it packing her bags and getting the fuck out of dodge. If not, I hope she spends the time further getting her shit together because she was a rambling mess on Friday and was barely able to eat a cough drop without incident.
