Taylor Kinney Is Sorry For Kinda-Shading Lady Gaga On Instagram
Nothing spooks the world like the Beyhive on Twitter, but their T.J. Maxx version, Lady Gaga’s Monsters, also really know how to wear a bitch down – just ask Ed Sheeran. Lady Gaga’s ex-fiancée – no, not THAT one…the other one – Taylor Kinney was on Instagram the other night, and when a fan said he got out just in time before Gaga became #Hollyweird, Tay liked the comment. Since Monsters are rational, they let him go along in peace. Oh, never mind. They lost their shit, so Taylor is now out with a mea culpa.
People reminds us that the comment Taylor liked and probably got a chuckle from was “Stoked you got away from Gaga. #Hollyweird.” Taylor probably didn’t get a chuckle from people he didn’t know saying shit like this:
“Imagine being bitter and liking shady comments after someone’s success. I had so much love and respect for you until you liked this shit. Way to trash someone you were once going to marry.”
Dammit, world! It is Academy Award WINNER Lady Gaga from here on out, and if you don’t bend the knee to her and wave palm fronds to keep her in perpetual ideal wind, what kind of sick freak are you?! Taylor eventually apologized:
“Sorry for the “like.” It was an accident. I’m only proud and happy for Stef.”
Remorse? Check. Referencing the “accidental like” like some fans had been questioning? Check. Affectionately call her by her real name? Check. Taylor, you are as fan-savvy as you are smoldering, sexy, and…what were we talking about here again? When Taylor and Gaga broke up, Gaga made it seem like they were soulmates who just needed a break, so obviously Monsters are going to start writing fan fiction about them getting back together. Wait, wouldn’t it be total Gaga goopery if this was all a side-stunt she was playing for shits while simultaneously scooping up an Oscar? And to think – she used to have to wear meat dresses and arrive to awards shows in eggs to get attention. Girlfriend is growing up!
