Mariah Carey’s Legal Battle With Her Former Manager Has Been Settled Out Of Court

The Blast is reporting that She Of the Butterfly Sparkle Ponies, Mariah Carey, has finally settled a legal battle with her ex manager, Stella Bulochnikov.

Mariah and Stella broke up back in 2017 after it was reported that Stella was a demon bitch who made everyone around Mariah pull their hair out with rage. Which is something that only Mariah is allowed to do! Stella’s leaving was kind of confusing, there were rumors she was fired, there were rumors she left because Mariah was unstable. There was also a rumor that 48-year-old Mariah’s on-and-off piece, 35-year-old Bryan Tanaka, was stepping on Stella’s toes and had “gotten more and more involved in Mariah’s day-to-day work schedule and overall career.”

After the two split professionally, Stella came for Mariah monetarily, suing her for a bunch of stuff including commissions for the time Stella worked with her during which she allegedly earned “north of $100 million.” Stella also accused Mariah of making her uncomfortable by being mostly-nude and on drugs. But considering that Mariah met Stella through Brett Ratner, Mariah’s behavior may have been tame in comparison.

But call off the pack of angry lambs, the two have settled their battle. Court documents show that they have “reached a mutually agreed to resolution on this matter,” and that Stella will “discontinue this action against Mariah Carey with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs.” For those not fluent in Legalese: that means Stella got paid but not for her lawyers.

The Blast wasn’t able to find an actual amount that the two settled on, but I’m gonna assume it was enough to keep Stella living in designer bags and expensive cars for a few more years at minimum. I don’t see her suing Mariah knowing how much she makes and then settling for less than a shit-ton. When you get your kids diamond-encrusted iPods to celebrate their birth it’s hard to act like: “Oh I can’t afford to pay her that much” like girl, yes you can.

I’m glad Mariah can put this chapter behind her. Now she can focus on what’s really important: her ongoing feud with Jennifer Lopez. I think for your next move you should release a sequel to Glitter called Glitter: The Second Act. That’ll get the drama started.

So that brings the end of Mariah and Stella. At least we’ll always have Mariah’s train wreck of a New Year’s Eve performance, which Stella was a part of.
