The Mystery Of The Golden Globes: The Hell Why Does Chrissy Metz Hate Alison Brie

Believe it or not, but the most random beef I experienced tonight wasn’t the shit I got from Taco Bell for the Golden Globes. Yes, you can GONG me for that “joke,” but first use your hands to slow clap for Chrissy Metz for actually bringing some riveting drama to the 2019 Golden Globes, which are in need of some riveting drama.

Chrissy Metz was on the Golden Globes pre-show on Facebook Live with hosts AJ Gibson and Missi Pyle when AJ said that Alison Brie was on the other end of the carpet talking to the other hosts. AJ asked Chrissy Metz if she knows Alison Brie, and Chrissy said, “Do I?!”, and she was either about to say, “Do I know that evil demon-hearted bitch who stole my table at Madeo’s once!” or, “Do I know that absolutely talented woman who must’ve been fucked by angel because she’s filled with goodness.” She was totally about to say the first one.

And when the camera panned to Alison, Chrissy may not have known that the mic was on, because it sounds like she said, “She’s such a bitch.” For real, though, I pressed my ear against my laptop speaker and all I could hear was, “She’s such a….”

So yeah, she could’ve said, “She’s such a bitch.” Or she could’ve said, “She’s such an alleged creep defender.” Or, “She’s such a delicious cheese that is best on Ritz.” But when it made the rounds that Chrissy called Alison a bitch, she let out a river of denial:

No, of course, Chrissy didn’t call Alison a bitch! Chrissy is a professional and an artist. What she said was, “What a cunt!”

But seriously, the real story here is that national treasure Missi Pyle is hosting an awards show pre-show on Facebook. Now that’s a bitch!
