Alec Baldwin Appeared In Court And Pleaded Not-Guilty To Assault Charges
Alec Baldwin had to appear in court today to answer charges that he punched a man in a dispute over a parking space near his home in Manhattan. Alec pled THE NOT-EST OF GUILTIES to the misdemeanor assault and harassment charges, yet records show that he did admit to pushing the complainant at the time of his arrest. I look forward to Alec’s eventual book about this episode titled “If I Did It”.
According to ABC News, newly released records show that when the police showed up during the dispute, Alec admitted that things got physical because the guy parked his car where Alec wanted to park his car. Alec said:
“He’s an asshole”
“He stole my spot. I did push him.”

Who could blame him?! The alleged victim of Alec’s fist of fury maintains that he was “struck”, which makes it sound like Alec is a gentleman whose patience was tested most virulently and therefore he saw no other recourse than to pull off his kid glove and strike the scoundrel where he stood.
“I observed the defendant push me and then strike me across the left side of my face with his closed right hand, resulting in pain to my face,” the victim told police, according to the court papers.
This Tale of Two Assholes will continue on January 23 when Alec will be due next in court.
