You may remember that back in June, Heather Locklear was arrested and eventually sent off to a long-term rehab facility for allegedly assaulting a cop with her firsts of fury, and assaulting an EMT with her feet of fire. She was subsequently charged with interfering with law enforcement and battery. Now TMZ is reporting that Heather is facing a civil suit filed by the EMT who claims Heather kicked, and verbally assaulted her. Here’s the thing, I think Heather may not actually have been on drugs/booze/mentally unstable. I think she was possessed by the devil because screaming “I hope your children die of AIDS” is definitely the new “your mother sucks cocks in hell” for 2018.
According to TMZ, single mother of 3 Jennifer Hayn-Hiton, was on duty the night Heather was involved in a drunken domestic dispute which ended with literally getting dragged off kicking and screaming.
Hayn-Hiton claims Locklear became verbally and physically abusive during the incident, kicking her and causing injury.
According to the docs — filed Thursday and obtained by TMZ — Locklear also wished death on the EMT’s 3 minor children from AIDS.
Hayn-Hiton says the injuries at the hands and feet of Locklear caused her to miss work and, as a result, her paycheck shrunk.
Damn, I wonder if Heather also puked out a stream of hot Monster Energy drink (which is the new pea soup for 2018). Jennifer’s attorneys claim they tried to reach out to Heather directly but she “ignored them” and “it became apparent that Ms. Locklear wasn’t going to accept responsibility for her actions on her own“. So they are suing her for “unspecified damages to cover medical costs, pain and suffering and lost wages”.
But really, I seriously doubt Heather’s made it to the amends part of her recovery yet. It’s a bit of a stretch to believe Heather’s in a place where she can just pick up the phone real quick and be all “I’m so sorry I said I hoped your kids died of AIDS! That was really rude of me. Can I offer you tickets to my next TV movie premiere?”. Heather’s in a long term mental and substance abuse facility, she may not have phone privileges. And it’s gonna take a long time for her to get her neck right after having it do a 360 spin when the devil was all up in her. This matter now needs to be in the hands of her attorney and the local parish priest.
