Christina Aguilera Might Be Charging More For Plus-Sized Merchandise

Some of us may be large and in charge, but if we head to a Christina Aguilera concert, that could be large and with a lighter wallet. Xtina is embarking on her Liberation tour, and while I’m shocked to hear this thing is coming to venues larger than a dive bar, others are shocked by the price disparity at the merchandise tent. Fans noticed the huss is trying to charge $5 more for bigger clothes! Put that genie back in its bottle and return to sender!

Newsweek said fans first noticed at Christina’s stop at the Hard Rock Live at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. If you’re a “Fighter” fan looking for an XXL or XXXL T-shirt, expect to fork over more to lay your hands on a shirt that says “Candy Man” or whatever else she’s trying to hawk to get more money from fans. Fans were quick to call her out:

Almost as brutal as the sales of her latest album, amiright?!

Of course, there were other fans who dug their heals in the stan, er, sand and said don’t blame Christina for merchandise pricing. That’s what managers and other flunkies are for. Plus, it may even be an industry standard to pull shit like that:

Christina’s minions didn’t respond to questions, but Live Nation is promoting the tour and blamed it all on a pricing error and said it wouldn’t be happening again. If she is charging more for larger sizes, that isn’t reflected on her website. If huss wanted to have reason to charge more for some shit, I think she should do it for shirts pertaining to the “Stripped” album since that’s the last time the huss was cranking out hits. OK, fine…any maybe for a Burlesque T-shirt. I’d pay $200 more for that.
