Frank Ocean Wants To Be Removed From Travis Scott’s Album

TMZ is reporting that there is a new rap feud in town. While it may not rise to the aggro levels we’re currently used to with Cardi B and Nicki Minaj brawling out here in the streets, it seems that Frank Ocean is getting mildly into it with Travis Scott. And no, it’s not because Frank Ocean hates the Kardashians as much as the rest of decent humanity, or because Travis took his rightfully-owned parking space. In fact his beef with Travis is purely musical.

Sources close to both Frank and Travis say that the two started having issues a few weeks leading up to Travis’ Astroworld release last month. As we know, Travis earned himself a No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 (Nicki Minaj sure the hell knows) and the album has been a huge success for him. Welp, Frank is not a fan, specifically he’s not a fan of Carousel, the track which he’s featured on. TMZ is hearing that Frank is angry because his vocals were changed in the final version. It’s not specified what exactly was changed, but regardless Frank is mad.

He is so mad, in fact, that he’s actually telling Travis and company to remove his vocals from the track, but they’re pulling an Ursula and saying: “No thanks, your voice belongs to me now.” Shit is getting so real that now lawyers are getting involved. Frank’s legal people sent a cease and desist letter to Travis saying to remove Frank’s vocals from the song “OR ELSE!” Travis, so far, is saying “Screw that” and plans to keep Frank on the tune.

I’m excited for the next Queen Radio show. Nicki now has a friend to talk shit about Travis with. I can hear her already: “ASTROWORLD STOLE FRANK OCEAN’S VOICE! TRAVIS-URSULA-SCOTT STOLE FRANK OCEAN! ..YOU THINK MOTHERFUCKIN ARIEL HAD HER LITTLE MOTHERFUCKING MERMAID VOICE WHEN SHE SAVED THE MOTHERFUCKING OCEAN?! FROM EVIL?!” *Meaningful silence* “…FUCK TRAVIS SCOTT! SAVE FRANK OCEAN!”
